They don’t know how to communicate. They aren’t transparent and when you actually critique them, they call your phone and send you threats over the phone.

Spoke to Erica- fantastic, then had 3 other people reach out- none with the final price. Finally spoke to Jimmy who told me the car had a retail value of $18,000 but he just reduced the car to $9,611 when the add on car guru said $9,392. Took 3 days for them to respond and when they did, they increased the price. I wish I could upload the photos of the first price and their updated “new special” price. When people show you who they are, believe them! Completely not honest. ***don’t respond to the from management- it won’t cover up your actions like all the other bad reviews.

The price of the car was actually over $38000 you have to finance through them to get that price but a lot of added fees. I believe that is false advertising and should be illegal. I did purchase the Tesla the dealership did not remove previous owners information from car so I was driving home to Pa, got 170 miles from dealer and could not charge car was stuck till after 11:00 that night. Still trying to get dealer to refund me for the hotel cost and torn Rim. They will not answer my calls or emails. There are a lot of things that don’t work on the car. . Terrible experience with dealer . Now they have their money so they are done with you.

They used internet bait clicking. Went in for a vehicle listed as $32k - out the door price was $45k with unaccounted fees. They event listed dealer fee twice for $999 and when I caught that they said it was a mistake and they were firm with the numbers. They blamed the out of the door price is high because of taxes but in reality its hijacked with multiple fees added on that you need to go down line by line. Receptionist was horrible and they dont bother to say hi and only asked if you had an appointment to be seen. Stay away from this dealer.

We were there to test drive Chrysler Pacifica Limited and the passenger front and sliding door is missing the silver trim. We told the sales representative Mike and he said they will get it fix. Ever since that, we didn’t hear from him anymore.

I drove to this place for 40 miles and when I arrived I learnt that the delivery fee was $4,995. I couldn’t talk to person whom I supposed to meet. The sales person who helped me didn’t know which car was here which was not. I found the car while walking which she said that was being driven by the manager or owner. All in all, was very unpleasant experience for me

Worst buying experience ever. This dealer does nothing but feed you LIE AFTER LIE. This place was horrible.They completely wasted my time. Liars when it comes to cars availability. Dealer states car is available. I made an appointment to go see a specific car that seemed to be in good condition on the website. I called 2 hours before we got there to make sure they still had the exact car to be seen. Sure enough we get there and that car which was advertised as on the lot for 28 days needed to be “certified” and was at the service center. (Which is a block away) but we were unable to see it. They then wasted over an hour of our time looking at an overpriced older model or trying to sell is a brand new model. Then when we left tried to “apologize” by calling us from a manager we never saw who wanted to waste our time further. Never go here. They are a bait and switch place and not willing to negotiate at all. I would give Lynnes Nissan the LOWEST possible rating.

Dealership response was very quick. Spoke to Sonia who was very pleasant and answered all my questions. We made an appointment to test drive the car. Ana the manager came out and greeted us and made sure we were taken care of properly. We still have 3 weeks to go on my lease before making a decision, but we will definitely consider Lynne's Nissan as our place to buy.

I am trying to purchase a car and was asking for an out-the-door price. The salesman told me he could not give me an estimate until I came to the showroom. I told him I could not and then he proceeded to give me an estimate. I asked for a price breakdown and I saw there was a $3000 "Pre-Delivery Service Inspection Fee". In asking further about it, I was told that he would not communicate with me via email.

Terrible. Price shown does not include bogus "dealer prep fees of over $3000! Totally dishonest and misleading. Took me several tries to get the "out the door price" which discloses the hidden dealer fees. Go elsewhere!

Great experience and timely initial communication. My salesman was great and kept in contact through the process, even after the purchase when they fulfilled a contingency that a cosmetic flaw to the body of the vehicle was repaired post transaction. The vehicle is beautiful and I love it! Everyone from sales, the manager and used car manager was helpful and friendly!

Buyer beware! Called this dealer about a vehicle I really wanted. Even was interested in purchasing with cash. The salesperson Ahmed had me and my family come out there for this vehicle just to tell me the car was sold that day. Total BS! Tried to offer a more expensive car. Wasted my time and not even an apology. Claimed his phone died. I have all the texts to prove it!!!

Contacted the dealership scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, November 23 when I called that morning to confirm if it was still available yet they said yes but they were closing at 3 o’clock that day because it was Thanksgiving eve but no one called to tell me that. Good thing I called and didn’t drive 1-1/2 for nothing. So we able to reschedule for that Friday 25th at 10am for the same original vehicle and when I drove all the way there they already had someone test driving it and sold it to them. So it was a complete loss for me and shame on them for not having a better system

i drove 2 hour to look at the car and they added another $4000 in fees that made no sense and the guy laughed at me when i said i wanted to pay cash if the price is right he said “dealer dont want your cash so dont think your getting a sweeter deal cuz your paying cash” they would not even work with me a little bit they thought maybe since i drive 2 hours they thought they can sucker me… my advice i would say STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Bait and switch. Went in to see thr vehicle that conveniently didn't have a picture. Was driven to one lot to get the keys, which of course was where a similar vehicle sat. Thrn we drove to thr serious clunker that no one will ever but. Of course thats a no...buy we should take a look at the other! In the end they tried to convince me I should buy a $20k car when I went to see a 13k car. The only thing I"ll give thrm is they finally accepted defeat, I wasnt budging on my budget and since I had my own financing I didnt need theirs. They eished me well and I bought a car from another dealer two hours later.

Well the salesman was really nice. But the car was not in very good shape. It had all kinds of scrapes on it . The front piece was ready to come off. Wasn’t worth what they were asking for it. Needed a lot of work done to it.

Traveling 2hrs to buy the vehicle which they knew. Either the service receiving calls or other. Looking at the timeline the vehicle was sold prior to my initial talk in expressing that is the car I was coming to buy and was assured it was avalible. Pure crap.

The car was in really bad shape the front panel was coming off and it looked like it was in quite a few accidents. Even though the car fax says no accidents reported. But the salesman was really nice. Too bad the car wasnt in better shape.

I am not sure about my experience. The Lady contacted me quickly and numerous times. But then I saw it was sold and I asked if it was Sold by email to her n she never responded. Only an email first asking if I would come look at other quality used cars. I was traveling 2 hours to look at that car. NO other. Disappointing !!!

I drove all the way to New Jersey for the car to have already been sold the morning of. Never did I receive an email to let me know this. It was a waste of my time and the other car I was interested in seeing was in the service shop. The communication and organization of this place is awful, very unprofessional.

Very bad,They are a bunch of liars.Because they put the add of Red Acura MDX(2006) on cargurus for $ 6995 and I want to buy the car.I call them and they told me to go at their place on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield,When I went there they make me sit and wait for almost two hours, and then they told me they can't locate the car,They asked me to leave my phone number and they were going to contact me next day but they didn't and I'm still waiting ,When I was reviewing their add on CarGurus I find out they display Red Car on the add but when you check the details it shows the exterior color of the car is BLUE,You can check now if they didn't take the add out.That's why I called them a Bunch of Liars.

I inquired about one of their used vehicles, and asked questions about specific maintenance items since this vehicle was originally purchased from them. I was told it was no longer available and had been sold. One week later, the vehicle was still listed on their website and CarGurus. I decided to investigate, and submitted another lead under a different name (to compare the two responses). Turns out the car had been available the whole time. The true reason I was lied to became apparent after I went to see the car. The tires were bald, the body was in poor shape, it was spewing oil underneath, and the timing belt that I had previously asked about had clearly not been replaced. This wasn't a car for sale, it was a coffin. Avoid this place at all costs. The only redeeming quality to my visit was the level of professionalism Mike, the salesman, treated me with. He was kind and not pushy at all. Too bad he doesn't work somewhere better, I'd buy a car from him for sure.

I drove 2 hours to get there to find out the price was not the real price. Two thousand dollars in dealer fees on a used car. I should have paid attention to all their negative reviews. Not worth my time.

TERRIBLE! I went to go see two vehicles. Upon arrival I was told that one of them was no longer available and the sales person couldn't "find" the other one. After walking around the lot with the salesman (who had a hole in the top of his shoe) he suggested that I LEAVE and ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY and he would look up some vehicles and contact me on Monday or Tuesday! I did just that - I LEFT! Later that day I was sent an email saying here is some more info on the vehicle you came to see today. It was the same vehicle that was "no longer available". I replied to that email with "is this a joke I tried to see this vehicle today and was told that it was no longer available"! I did not receive a reply to that! A few days later the salesman did email me and ask if there was anything he can do for me. I did not reply as the reply I wanted to send would have been LOOSE MY NUMBER! I believe this dealership posts vehicles that are not actually in stock to try to get you to come in. The Nissan Pathfinder that is shown in the picture is silver and the description said it was beige. Additionally I was interested in looking at a Jeep Liberty which was black in the photo but was described as green. I don't trust these people at all. The only good thing I can say is that the valet was a nice guy!

This car was listed on the website for $6,980, I called the dealership and confirmed the price , I even got an e-mail from the dealership conforming the price as well as some of my other concerns.. I called again to confirm the price befor I wasted my time making the trip to the dealership.. When we got there and showed them everything .. The changed the price on the website to $16, 980 and would not even negotiate the price.. Luckily we found a 2010 Subaru Forester with 80k miles for $8,200 from a private owner with clean carfax.. I will Never go to a dealership again!!!

I would give a zero star to this dealer. After spending a few time in contact with the salesperson, we made an appointment to go see the car. When we arrive we were told the car was sold 1/2 hour before we arrived. We believe this is some kind of scam to get the people at the premises. I was very disappointed by their action and also with the salesperson that I have spending time talking even spoken to her before I left the house.She should be more professional by came and talk to us in person. Not sending another salesperson to talked to us. This dealer still advertising the car on your website. Buyers be aware.

I understand the relaxed approach to selling cars is favorable, but when someone Schedules a test drive & salesperson isn't there, then the next salesperson - who was very kind and relaxed, abandons you in the lot for 40 mins or more to locate the vehicle that was scheduled for the test drive, it can be more frustrating than necessary. I am a little impatient when it comes to customer service, so I wasn't thrilled that I was left standing in the lot for 15- 20 mins at each interval, and nearly 2 hours on the lot by myself is no way to sell me a car. I used that time to locate other dealers in the area and schedule more test drives..... Regardless, the cars I saw weren't exactly what I was hoping for so I bought a car from another dealer.

Tried to get some information over the phone, worthless - somehow the people who work there knew nothing of the cars on their lot.... I was transferred 3 times, hung up on, and given the run around. I had an appointment to travel all the way from NYC to test drive a car, but before making the long trip, I simply wanted to know if there was any sort of a warranty. I spoke to three different people, none of whom could give a straight answer. I was finally told that someone from finance would call me back right away. I explained that my appointment was scheduled for that day, but I wouldn't make the trip until I spoke with someone. No call back. Someone finally called a day-and-a-half later! I didn't even bother taking the call, their unorganized and unprofessional actions spoke loud enough to me. It's astonishing to me how these places remain in business.

Horrible. No one returns phone calls. Things got really screwed up with them. Wasn't the only one in there who was lied to. They promised me a slam dunk deal I didn't recieve. Also, used cars tbey add crazy extra fees over a thousand and for a car that had a cracked mirror tbey wouldn't replace. Don't ever go here run

Got there after a 45 minute drive and after speaking to a woman from there a day before who said that the car was there and she would be there the previous day. I get there she wasn't there and the price, according to a different salesman was wrong on Car Gurus. He said another company lists their cars online and the price was put in wrong and the car was more than triple the price it stated online. Bait and switch and lies!!!

They pulled the old "bait and switch" on me. I asked them on the phone if the vehicle was still available and they assured me it was. After driving an hour to see it, they told me it had been sold "eariler that morning". They lied to me before I even met them! The listing is still on the site, but the car obviously is not. Can't believe they still use this lame trick. Will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. Also, tell them to stop calling and emailing me!
