The worst dealership in the world. They are extremely irresponsible. I went twice to see a car, drove for an hour, and when I arrived, they didn't
have the car ready. The car wouldn't even start, even though they told me early on that the car was ready. The salesperson I had an
appointment with left before I arrived for my appointment.

Hard to even get in touch with anyone from the dealership - had to drive from Maryland just to get information on the car. Tried to make a deal but was off by about $1000 which was done on a Saturday then on Monday they lowered the price by about $750 which would have been good enough for me to buy it but no one every contacted me even though they knew we were off by only a $1000. Was shocked by the additional $5000 in dealer fees on a used car which is why the car was priced pretty low as they make it up on those fees.

Front desk is everyone first impression of a dealership. How you’re greeted and welcomed into the deal ship sets the tone and experience. Redhead at front desk is very nice and sweet but had no idea I was standing in front her for about 2 mins as she was fully emerged in her phone.. mumbled and speaks extremely low and didn’t seem confident in what she was doing.. she could be new and still learning, Martin, salesman, was very nice and helpful and informative.

I was really hoping to buy my car at this dealership at what I felt was a reasonable price per their disclaimer which states they will respect CarGurus prices as cash price. The car was in excellent shape and I was ready to buy until I was quoted an extra 1,000$ premium since I wasn’t financing despite the disclaimer. A higher manager was brought in who quoted me the original CarGurus price but wouldn’t print or write down the OTD price which is not surprising as they reversed back to the premium price when I followed up later that day. I followed up twice with my salesman hoping to negotiate as he said he could be flexible and was left on read both times. I found my dream car elsewhere with more transparency!

They charge a premium for their used cars. This does
not create trust. It's price plus at this dealership. Posted
car prices have an add on fee for local market demand.
They show a price and then add a premium on top of the
price which only tries to pad their profit. I can live without
a Hyundai from Lynnes
Despite their 3.1-star rating, I still gave this dealership a chance.
I first texted Jerald—no reply. Tried again the next day—still silence.
I called around 11:30 AM and spoke with Anna, who was kind and professional. She gave me a reasonable out-the-door (OTD) price, and I was prepared to move forward if she had followed up with the paperwork like I requested. But she didn’t.
Since I live over three hours away, I called again before 2 PM hoping to finalize things. After being transferred three times, I finally spoke with another man who quoted me an OTD price that was over $6,000 more than the listing. When I asked for a breakdown to review the fees and possibly negotiate—silence again.
At that point, I was done.

• Massive price jump with no justification
• No transparency or willingness to communicate
• A 3.1 rating that seems well-earned
I wanted to believe they were different. They’re not.

Had a perfect experience with this dealer. Knew the car I wanted, price was as published, got more than expected for my trade-in and, as a woman buyer, felt respected and not pressured. Peter H was a great sales representative who clearly enjoys his work. I drove almost 4 hours for this particular car/deal, relieved it worked out. Recommend.

I spoke to a member of their team early in the morning. Texted them that I would at the dealership around 3 PM. I drove an hour and 20 minutes in a downpour only to get there and be told that the car “wasn’t there”. I believe they tried to pull a bait and switch on me. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. If I could I would assign 0 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The cars were advertised at one price online, but when I got there, the salespeople immediately started pushing higher prices with add-ons and fees that weren’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. It felt like they were more interested in squeezing every dollar out of me than actually helping me find the right vehicle. Very pushy sales tactics, and a lack of transparency that left a bad taste in my mouth. If you value honesty and straightforward pricing, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently visited this dealership to inquire about a vehicle, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The salesperson seemed more focused on pushing the sale than genuinely helping me understand the car or the financial details. I was treated like just another number, not a valued customer. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs, the fees were unclear or avoided entirely — which raised red flags.
The finance manager also didn’t offer much help — instead of guiding me through options, I was told to “just go for a cheaper car” as if I couldn’t afford what I was asking about. I came in expecting transparency and professional support, but what I got felt dismissive and rushed.
Car buying is a big financial decision, and I expected a team that respected that and worked with me — not around me. I hope they can improve on customer care, honesty, and clarity moving forward.

NO STARS. This dealership is totally dishonest and untrustworthy.
Negotiate the cost of a vehicle and the shell game begins. If theyâre not
satisfied with the deal they cut, theyâll fabricate extras. Think the price of a
certified used car is as listed on the website? Think again. Theyâll tell you
itâs 1,000 additional to certify. Documentation fees are capped in NYS at
$175 - theyâll make one up - $850. Ultimately purchased the car and
discovered three substantial issues with the vehicle before driving off the
lot. One had been cited in a recall - but they obviously never made the
repair. So much for the ârigorous 170 point inspectionâ Hyundai promises
on certified pre owned vehicles.
Took a refund and left. Stay Away from this dealership. They donât
deserve your business.
P.S. Axel, my salesman, offered a very sincere apology

This is my first car, and I am so thankful and happy with semos and his coworkers at Lynne's Hyundai. They made it possible for us to have our car. They made it stress free. I didn't have any type of issues. Semos made sure I got what made my children and myself happy.
Also everyone there are very respectful and kind. They made sure my children weren't board and even allow my 4 and 6 year old look at cars like if they were the ones buy their own cars.
They made it fun and definitely recommend for you to go and get yours there.

They are very poor at customer service. I tried twice to talk to them in regards to this vehicle. The first time I was met with instant anger from a sales rep and he would not even have a conversation beyond this is our price and you are lucky to get it at that. I asked if they would go lower and he stopped the conversation, which lead to us getting off the phone. Several days later the dealer dropped the price of the car. Quite surprising since he said MSRP was 32k and I was lucky to get it for 22,500. After that I called again and got a different sales rep, he was much more enjoyable to work with but promised they’d reach out after he had a conversation with his manager. Have not heard a single thing from them since. That was two weeks ago.

Called me back right away. Answered all of my questions
Fast service. Staff worked hard to get me approved, even with little to no credit history. Brian Cardona also helped me get back in forth to a nearby bank without me even requesting the gesture. They understood and worked around my price budget. All in all, I would purchase from them again and recommend others.

Waste of time drive 1.30 car out on a test drive Contacted them telling them I will be in 1200-100 I get there at 1245 they let it go out five minutes before we get there. Would not buy a car from them very rude.

The Worst experience ever! I purchased the car on 6/24/18 all Cash. The selling price $9800.00 but when I arrived the price was increased by 1500.00 plus admin Fees. That’s not the worst - as of 8/13/18 I have not received my plates/tags from the dealer after calling numerous times. The temp tags expired on 7/11/18 so the car has been sitting idle for over a month. Very disappointing!!!

The experience was fine, both me and my husband could test drive the car. The issue was with the price they do have a lot of hidden fees. This seemed to be good deal, but when they added all their fees, it turned out to be one of the most expensive options we were evaluating. They price them selves really low to get you there, but in the end that price is not even close to the final price.

The picture shows a red car but after having a friend that works for BMW run the vin the car is supposed to be white

key!!!

son's credit without authorization!!!!
When we asked him why he did that
since we have not decided yet ... he
replied:" I did it so what??!?"
