All went well
Had a 5-star experience with Lynch Toyota from start to finish. They contacted me immediately, answered all my questions, and were proactive throughout the transaction. Even my insurance agent and bank commented on how helpful and efficient Karl, my salesperson, was. This was more work than usual as I live in a different state from the dealership. They priced everything right, from the vehicle I purchased to my trade with none of that back-and-forth "I have to go talk to my manager" that makes you not want to go to a dealership in the first place. The new car was ready when I arrived, sparkling clean, full tank of gas, and all the paperwork was ready and waiting. The vibe in the dealership itself was overwhelmingly positive. Everyone I encountered was smiling, friendly, and helpful. I had been looking for a specific model for several months and drove 100+ miles to Lynch Toyota to seal the deal. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Communicated with the dealer about the certification before deciding to drive
there because of the drive distance. Provided information regarding my trade
including pictures and was told they would contact me regarding the
certification after being inspected by the service department. Contacted the
dealer on Monday morning since they didn’t get back to me regarding the
certification on Saturday and was told the truck was sold. Should have put a
refundable deposit on the truck, which was my fault, but the dealer lacked
follow up regarding the warranty.

Dealership seemed to be communicating well and responding to my questions, but when I went to put a deposit on the vehicle that I had been inquiring about, I found out that it was sold out from underneath me during transport. After being told for a week and a half that it was still being transported, I found out it was sitting on their lot when I got there, but could not be sold to me.

We always offer the opportunity to secure a vehicle with a deposit during the initial conversation to avoid situations like this. Once a deposit is placed, we are obligated to honor that commitment and cannot sell the vehicle to someone else.

I was told by email the truck was available. I called one sales associate who looked up the truck by stock number was told it was available and then was contacted by Clayton their internet manager. Spoke with Clayton who also confirmed truck was available and assured me he would email me an otd price. No email all day and so called Clayton back and he said first that he emailed me (never did since he has my correct email and emailed me before multiple times no issue) then claimed to have texted me ( never received a text, considering that they have my phone number on caller ID since i called them) that somehow during the weekend a deposit was put down on the vehicle. Waste of time and sketchy I would avoid them if at all possible

Inquired about a 2017 Highlander stock number “LT6776” few days back. The internet manager “Scott” replied back quick with internet price. I drove 2 hours & more than 100 miles same morning to see the car. Reaching dealership they said car was sold a night before. Looks like the guy didn’t do his job before send me a huge reply with special pricing. Zero customer service, wasted 4 hours of my weekday driving both ways. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They did get back fast but the car was sold
Wonderful experience from a great group of people. I actually felt like I was
dealing with a business, not a "dealership." Is my preconceived notion of
what car dealers are like changed forever, or should I expect that only from
Lynch Toyota. None of the underhanded, sneaky, extra charges and
general dishonesty I've come to expect from car dealers. These guys are
truly exceptional - you can't go wrong here!

information I saw online about the vehicle did not match the actual mileage
of the vehicle. I did not pursue making a deal on this car.

Avoid them at all costs. Bait and switch! They advertised the following on CarGuru: 2012 Toyota Prius Two, $23,050. We spoke to a salesperson by phone, then drove 80 miles to the dealership. Upon arrival, they told us they would NOT honor the advertised price. We blew off some steam, exited, and promptly bought the same car down the road at Hartford Toyota.
