The communication and personalization was impeccable. My salesperson and the finance manager answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made the entire buying process a breeze. This is my first time purchasing from a different state and they made me feel 100”%comfortable. I will definitely buy from them again!

Luxury and Imports followed up and said the car was almost ready for purchase. They didn't have all the details on get ready, but I'm sure they will have the car ready soon. I wont be able to see the car for a week when my partner can get off work. They seem like knowledgeable people and I would have no problem buying from them after I took the car to my mechanic. They sell nice premium cars so I"sure they treat their customers well.

The car was in poor shape. Upon walking up to the car I immediately noticed body work on what must have been dings. The fix jobs were rough and didn’t match the car color. When I brought it up, I was told “it is difficult to match paint”, despite my truck of the same color had repair done to door and paint blended perfectly. One of the tire pressures read 51 on the dash and during test drive the vehicle did not operate as it should. Pressing the accelerator the car’s acceleration was poor even after I turned off eco mode. The engine also did not sound like it should. The price they were asking was at the KBB price for very good to excellent condition. This vehicle was not even close to that. Even now the vehicle price hasn’t changed either on CarGurus or the dealers website.

I had called the dealership early that morning inquiring that they have this certain vehicle available that I was looking for and they set me up with the salesman and he told me yes it was available so he set up a time for me to come out and test drive. I went to the dealership not looking to purchase just was window shopping and I went on February 26, 2026. I didn't know what plans God had in store for me and the salesman that helped me his name is Andrew one the best salesman I have ever met. He sold me a dream and I bought it to make a long story short one of the best days of my life. I drove out parking lot with my dream ride. It was a day to remember and the team at Luxury Imports they made everything happen and I would like to give a huge shout out to them Thank you y'all!!!! Sales process was quick and easy.

I spoke to a very polite associate. Took some time to find the key to the vehicle; however, that time was not wasted as another professional I served with works there and we caught on family. Associate accompanied me on the test drive, no issue, and liked the way the vehicle drove. After I left he contacted me several times to provide the carfax and promote the vehicle vice others that I've test drove. Still looking and will keep an eye on this one to see if the price drops.

Responded quickly even though we weren’t able to agree to terms as there wasn’t flexibility in pricing. That said the sales staff is responsive and professional. Have bought from there before and has excellent experience, just not able to meet on this one.

Looked like a Very Nice Challenger. Just wasn't what I was looking for. I'm looking for basically the same car only Gold/Copper Paint with Black Accents. Thats what I'm Looking for and that's what I want!!!!! Everything is right about this Challenger except the color. The color and the vin also have to match.

My experience with this dealership has been one of the worst I’ve ever had. After putting down a deposit and agreeing on a price, the numbers suddenly changed when I came back to sign. I still moved forward, but things kept going downhill. I tried for weeks to sign the title, kept being told the right person wasn’t there, and was later blamed for the delay — which led to me paying a $50 DMV fee for their mistake. The car was delivered dirty, with a broken tail light that wasn’t fixed for weeks. Within a week of owning it, the A/C stopped working, and I had to pay $700 out of pocket for brake and axle repairs. When I brought it in, they took 9 hours to replace the tail light and didn’t even touch the A/C, giving me a false excuse. Worst of all, the manager refused to speak to me (the owner), only addressed my boyfriend, handed him the keys, and muttered a racially inappropriate comment.
