This dealer contacted me very promptly and was quick to answer any questions that I had regarding the vehicle they had for sale on CarGurus. Their listing was detailed enough for me ask specific questions regarding certain features of the vehicle that were not necessary for me to purchase as they were not "dealbreakers", but were features that I had in previous vehicles that I owned. This dealer was pleasant and enthusiastic in their communication, so we arranged a specific time for me to make an onsite visit for me to see the vehicle in person and to test drive it. When he brought the vehicle around for me to inspect and test drive, he let me know up front about the specifics of a "service engine" light on the dashboard and what he was doing to get it repaired as the vehicle had only been at his location for less than forty-eight hours at that time. The vehicle was very clean and was fueled and ready to test drive! I would recommend this dealer to others!

Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I found a used Yukon Denali online that was listed as $14990, I contact them to see if I can come look at the vehicle and possibly put a hold on it. Well I go look and they tell me it still needs to go in the shop so I would have to wait a bit to actually purchase the vehicle. No big deal...until the day after I put the hold on it (nonrefundable might I add) the price of the vehicle had gone up $1000! I contact them and is told they would make this right and because they are a smaller lot they really take care of their customers. Well I went ahead and bought the vehicle because I loved it but when I went to go sign the papers I take the email I had printed off with the original price on it and they wouldn't even glance at it. All I got told was well the vehicle had more things needing fixed then what they originally thought so I was basically getting a deal because they were making it road worthy and safe like it should be.

Lane will go out of his way to sell you a car. He's been working with me for over a week trying to get something to work. He's a great dealer with no fuss and no shenanigans. The deal has yet to go through so I don't have anything specific to say how about the purchase itself, but the customer service is nothing short of amazing. If you don't believe me just check out all the other reviews on this website and on Google.

Called to get info on a 2006 Tacoma stock 25734. Cooper asked to see my credit, "for a game plan", and said it would not show up as a "hard inquiry" on my credit report because I specifically asked if it would (with emails to prove it). It showed up as TWO hard inquiries so far. Cooper flat out lied to me, the customer, about this "game plan credit evaluation". no deal on price has been determined. Price of vehicle is at the very top end of retail so you expect it to be in good shape. Took to mechanic and it had Numerous mechanical problems and tires were over ten years old. My credit monitoring service alerted me of the hard inquiries. After numerous attempts to contact Him he denied everything. If I was the owner I would want to know this then I would fire this person. This is the absolute worst experience I had ever had of intending to buy a vehicle. Thank God I didn't buy this vehicle from this dishonest dealership. I would give this a ZERO star.

Tino was great to work with. The car price was fair. There were a couple items we wanted fixed on the car and without hesitation they took care of it. The process of buying a car here was easy. I would shop here again. Tino has some great stories!!!

These guys are amazing!!! They went above and beyond what I expected. I got the kind of vehicle I was looking for, they accommodated me when the vehicle got held up in transport, kept in touch throughout the whole process. I started the process of buying a vehicle 11months ago and not ONCE felt pressured into anything (unlike another dealership I was in touch with because I saw a vehicle I was interested on there lot). This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Luxury and Imports and they have not let me down!!!

They were very accommodating. They let me take the car home for a night to test out and get checked out by a mechanic. John Rea did an excellent job of getting back to me with all my questions. There was no pressure what so ever. He told me what that had to offer but left it at that. I see now why they get such good reviews and have such an excellent reputation.

I give our experience a 5 star rating. I have never dealt with a dealership that went above and beyond in order to make buying a car so easy! This dealership is 1 hour away from where we live, so that says alot about how we were treated that we were willing to drive that far to buy a car from them. I Love my Infiniti and I love the people at Luxury & Imports!!! Highly, highly recommend you check them out! Best experience ever in buying a car and I have bought many cars in my lifetime.

John Rae helped me with the van. None of the little tricks or gimics the guy down the street tried pulling on me. He was just honest and helpful. He didnt push me one bit and didn't try to waste my time to keep me there. Couldn't ask for a better experience! I would highly reccomend these guys!!

Experienced Seller. Good experience. Test drove a great automobile!! Dealer lowered the price of the car to match Kelly Blue Book and NADA price ranges the following day per my request. That led to my reconsidering the deal; however, I found the automobile that I desired on the following day and purchased it.

Great experience! The dealer got back to us within15 minutes of our inquiry? Dealer work with us on our trade and the price of the vehicle. We bought the car, they have Sunday hours so we could drive 400 miles to pick up the vehicle on Sunday without missing work on Monday. The overall experience was great!

They at first emailed me, and told me they had the vehicle, and wondered how soon I could come look at it. Then about an hour later, one of the owners emailed me and apologized and said that vehicle was sold. Wondered if I would be interested in any other vehicles.

I drove from 350 miles, test drive the car, was asked to come back in the morning to finish up paperwork. Needing to come back in the morning was my fault because I did arrive around closing time. I gave them all my information, filled everything out and was told when I arrived in the morning the car would be ready to go. When I called to let them know I was on my way they informed me they had just sold the car but they had a few other ones (not the same make,model,year, or even close to what I drove all that way for) I could come test drive since they already had my approval from the bank. So not only did I not get the car but they ran my credit for no reason!

They brought the car to me 40 minutes away , and let me test drive for 2 days . Was a great experience , very nice, professional people we talk to , explained everything in great detail , I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal ! Bought the car gave us 4 year warranty instead of 3 years ! T he only thing negative at all , is wanted little smaller payments ,and they quoted me 25 dollars cheaper off the phone ! The warranty pushed it higher , and i shou ld have asked on phone whether quote included that ! Great place over all to buy a car !

Great Dealership!!! Not your typical big box dealership. Walked in was greeted and taken care of immediately no haggling or BS sales tactics. It was a quick and easy process. Once price was finalized I was in and out of there 2 hours.

Good experience with this dealer, I had a 4 hour drive and they held the car until I arrived, very few dealers do this. CarGurus prices and web prices are the same. No increases when you arrive. My only charge was a doc. fee of $299.00. I needed no other warranties, SUV was not financed and no other add-ons was forced on me. Thanks. SUV was clean and ready to go, no excuses. Would buy from again if the occasion arised. 5 Stars.

Luxury & Imports was a great dealership to work with. I live in Omaha, NE, so all of our conversations and transactions took place by phone or e-mail. John Rea was straightforward and transparent throughout the process, and very easy to work with. They made the process extremely easy, as they even delivered the car to me in Omaha, NE. John advised me the car was extremely clean and ran smoothly, and upon delivery, the car was everything he said and more.

I requested to get information in regards to a Jeep, I sent in information about my trade in, including my VIN# and then 3 days past and I never heard anything back...the salesperson said he would be "running the numbers". When the sales person did get back with me he told me he was off on one day and someone else bought the vehicle.... Frustrating to think I was in discussions only to find out...someone else jumped me because my sales person was off.

drove 6 hours to visit dealership. Was given a warm and friendly welcome. Dealership had inspected truck and cleared it for sale. I had requested a Toyota dealership do a pre purchase inspection at my expense. The dealership complied with my request. After the inspection, too many faults were discovered, therefore, I declined the deal. They were most helpful in all aspects of the entire experience. The low rating is due to their lack of an accurate description of vehicle condition, some, of which, were hauntingly obvious.

Just wanted to comment on how helpful and courteous Brian is with good info on each vehicle we looked at and drove. Even the finance department was awesome really unusual lol. My wife and I would return we drove about 120 miles and was well worth it. THANKS BRIAN !!!

Dealer Jeff King was very helpful. He had his mechanic perform as last minute check of the vehicle I was planning to buy. When it was discovered it had a cracked cyclinder he immediately called me and informed me he would not sell me the vehicle and took it off the market. He even followed up with emails later to make sure I had found a vehcicle elsewhere. I would buy from him anytime!
