Outstanding customer service, Jesus was the Sales person, he's a great person & a better sale person. I had no problems, no harassment, it was a real pleasure.

So I called this Dealership, for them to hang up on me 3 times in a row, purposely. I called an hour later and finally got in touch with someone. When the ladylike sounding gentlemen answered the phone he did not ask what car I was calling about but wanted ALL my personal info. Name, address, email, telephone number.... like why? I hung up. You guys are such an inconvenience.

Car was in an accident. There was damage on the right quarter panel and there was rust with touch up paint and there was damage on the right rear door as well. The dealer made no mentor it until we got there. We drove three hours to purchase the vehicle and we did not.

A person by the name Jesus responded to my email. They wanted me to call or text. I asked him a question via email. I did not receive an answer. I believe they wanted my cell phone number and weren't willing to communicate through email.

Sokratis replied promptly to my inquiry with one of only two upfront, actual responses to my question about pricing and fees, with a breakdown of the total cost. The price was great, and he did not charge exorbitant or hidden fees for “dealer prep,” etc. as do many dealerships. I ultimately did not end up test driving the car, but I would have been happy to do business with this dealer.

We recently as of 9.23.19 purchased our vehicle from luxury AutoHaus group, we live in New Jersey about an hour and a half away from this dealership and were a little nervous about purchasing from so far away but Sokratis made the transaction very simple. I can’t say enough about the experience we had. We saw this vehicle online on Friday afternoon contacted the dealership put our application in on their website by Monday morning we had an approval and we went out to test drive and take ownership of the vehicle. This car was immaculate it surpassed our expectations. We were able to purchase a warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle which was a big deal for us.
