They’ve had the vehicle listed for 158 days. I call a friend to go over there and check out the vehicle. It had a dent in the rear fender that was not there on their photos. I emailed them made them an offer with the dent fixed . I finally heard back from him after I had to call to ask if they got the email. He stated he was running around putting out fires and had not gotten a chance. The salesman stated, oh your a cash buyer from out of state it’s our policy to charge a $1000 premium. I told him well you’ll never see me at all so I bought a brand new vehicle in my local dealer, even though he did not have what I wanted. The win is what I bought I love so maybe their policy did me a favor.

We do not hold vehicles without a deposit. If you'd like to have a vehicle held for you, we require a deposit. If another customer comes in and decides to purchase a vehicle that is not held with a deposit, it is available for them.

Well we initially had a great experience over the phone and thru emails about purchasing this truck .. we went thru all the details filled out the paperwork we were approved from our lender and were going to put 7,000 down and test drive Tomm for purchase.. but the vehicle was sold from underneath us .. I do not recommend this dealership.

Carrie, we do not hold vehicles for customers without a deposit. You expressed interest in the vehicle and started the process to purchase it; in the interim, another customer stepped up and was ready to purchase. Without a deposit, every vehicle is available for sale to the first person who executes that decision. The vehicle was not yours to claim it was “sold out from underneath you".

Jeloni did an amazing job at answering each and every question I had very throughout. I felt welcome after he greeted me upon arrival. He had the car ready to go for a test drive! Just a lot of effort put into the business.

Truck was in for some body work, so I never was able to see it. Found out from sales it had a dent in the door. Drove by the dealership to find the entire passenger side needed repair, 10k or more in body work. Disappointing experience.

Salesman was nice. When it came to financing was told outside financing is not accepted and they are only using in house financing at this time. GM didn’t want to negotiate what so ever on trade and used the classic “this car won’t be here much longer” as it’s already been at the dealer for 6 weeks with one price drop. Overall not a bad dealer just wasn’t right for me.

Dealer did not want to send pictures and has a first come…. Policy. When advertising on a national site dies to expect potential buyers that are 500 mikes away to look no additional information than 1 picture is not realistic

Very poor, Had a deal on writing on a 2019 vehicle. The next day they uped the by $1500. Finally got them to agree to honor their quote and listing from the day before. When they found out we were paying in full with a check out of savings they said the price was only good if we get a loan through them and could only buy it without the loan for the $1500 more. At the end the sales man Andrew was rude at the end and unprofessional.

This dealership is top notch, I bought a Yukon Denali from them. I was able to contact them on Fourth of July weekend and bought the car the Monday after. Car had 94k miles on it and still came with a lifetime power train warranty. I highly recommend them, ask for Brad!

I Went to look at this specific vehicle and had an appointment, when I got there that vehicle had just gone in to detailing (what a coincidence) so they had me test drive a 2019 acadia just to see if I at least like driving acadia's while we wait. That's when the whole lease convo came up. I get it, they are trying to up-sale. A brand new 2019 lease vs a used 2014.... BUT after 2 HOURS, I still hadn't even seen the car I actually went to see originally! At this point I'm just over it! We had already passed the 2 hour mark at this point, I don't even know how I stuck it out for so long. I was finally asked if I wanted to see the 2014?? What?!? The one I came to see over 2 hours ago? ACTUALLY, NO! I don't! At that point, I was so done! I LEFT! I found exactly what I was looking for elsewhere. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't go there to see! Thanks Lupient for not showing me the vehicle I wanted, I got the same one somewhere else for less $, less miles & less stress.

There were issues at first with my credit then with the cars starter but Lupient worked with me through it all, they took care of the issues with the car and i managed to leave happily with a 2006 Chrysler 300C. So far the car's treated me great and i appreciate everything the dealership did to help make this happen.

Salesman setup an appointment with me. I left work early and drove 40 min out of my way, got there and was informed they sold the truck 15 minutes before I got there and he never bothered to call me. Will never go here again!

Helpful staff... Got back to me right away about the vehicle I was inquiring about , they brought the vehicle right up to the door for the test drive(was very cold out). Dealership was nice and clean was offered coffee, water even hot chocolate for the kids. I would highly recommend buying a car there. Our salesman Austin was great!

This dealership advertised a lower price on the internet. When I drove 4 hours there to buy the truck, after calling to confirm the price and make an appointment, they raised the price by 3000.00. This dealership did not stand by their prices or advertising.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was told I must schedule an appoint to view a specific car, and I did so. They say before my appointment they sold “my” car, and did not tell me. Luckily I checked and saw it was not available. They scheduled a second car for me to look at. I left immediately for my 1.5 hr drive to see it, and told them I was on my way and the time it would take to get there. I got a call half way there that they sold that vehicle too, while I was on my way. So disappointed. I’ll never attempt business with them again.

When I told them that this vehicle wasn’t what I wanted they respectfully thanked me for my inquiry and said if I needed more help to let them know! No pushy sales tactics! I’ll definitely look to them again if I see a vehicle I’m interested in!

Waste of Time could not show pictures of the Suburban. Called me 8 times wondering if they could help me with a vehicle. after I asked them for pictures of the Suburban they said they would see if they were uploaded. They were not, so then they called me again and again to ask me if they could help me out with a vehicle. Waste of my time. just tell me about the Suburban i was interested in that's all i wanted.

They were very persistent calling me back every day. I communicated I would give them a call a week from then yet they continued to call me daily, sometimes even twice. I felt a bit overwhelmed and decided to take it in another direction.

Very bad. Very unprofessional,took 5 1/2 hrs to buy the new truck I wanted. Was paying cash and no financing. I will never go back. Sales manager and business manager needs to find another job. Very hurtful for the dealership. Should not take this long.

The car was on the lot and was not cleaned up on the outside at all . It had numerous scratches that had not been repaired. It did not present well and did not give us confidence that this would be a good purchase for us.

The dealership was in contact with me right away. I had asked a lot of questions up front and discussed the trade before we made the 80 mile trip. When we got to the dealer, the vehicle itself was not in nearly the condition that it was explained to be. We were very disappointed to have made the trip to look at a vehicle in "Pristine" condition, only to find it in what we would call Fair to Good condition. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with the vehicle, but the salesman did try to find us other vehicles to look at since we had made the trip, but none of them met the criteria we were looking for.

Was a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Omar. Contacted him close to 3 weeks earlier regarding a vehicle I wanted to go take a look at. After some some back and forth discussion for 3 weeks I was able to make the trip and get a great deal for a car I never thought I would own! Never liked dealerships because they always gave me that, you can't afford this vibe. Omar was great. I can't speak for the other salesman, but if they are as great as Omar you will be taken care of! Thanks!

Omar was great! I had a problem with the car three days after I bought it, however they took the time to figure out the problem and fix it at no charge to me, along with giving me a loaner car (2015 Buick!) while they were working on mine. I will definitely be purchasing another car from them in the future and I would recommend anyone to shop there!

the rep called me and I told him about my trade in gave him the VIN and he called back and stated he could give me 5500 or so. I stated that is crazy and said no I would go elsewhere and he called back and stated I miss understood and that he would give me 11,500 and I would owe 5,500. I stated I was just offered 15,900 somewhere else.
