Friendly folks. Vehicle was made available for sale before it was cleaned up / detailed so it didn’t show very good. Photos didn’t clearly show the damage. So we drove 5 hrs round trip to look at a vehicle that I wouldn’t have considered purchasing in that condition.

Not good. Cars with blown engines and transmissions. The Pacifica was out having a bad tire replaced. After hearing about the two Jeeps I’d been interested in & their misc. problems, I decided not to come back to see the Pacifica at a different time. I’ll find a dealership with *running* cars.

Great experience. My credit wasnt the best and I had gone in to a few other
dealers that SAID they could help me....they let me drive everything I wanted
to, I picked one and they got me approved on it within an hour (even gave
me a lunch ticket to the great BBQ place next door!). I drove away 2 hours
after getting there in my new Impala with a payment actually less than I
thought it would be! I WILL be back!

Bought the vehicle as is which usually comes with a few things wrong not usually road worthy issues. I pulled off the lot and found out I had a tail light out and the front driver side shock was shot. I hit the four lane and at 65 the shimmy and bounce was horrible. On top of that I got an IOU for detailing from the salesman, an engine light before I got out of town ( luckily just an O2 sensor), a park assist service light among other things. When I contacted the salesman about the road worthy issues I was told sorry for the annoyance. Not exactly the response your looking for. Maybe I should have checked the vehicle better but a vehicle should never be sold with safety and road worthy issues. Won't go back there!

We would love to help on this issue, however, we dont show any sale that resembles this going back to 1/1/17. We have searched for both "Chris" and a We Owe for a Detail (which is rare).
