it was a long drive , took a cab was planing on driving back, had my two grander with me, car was ready for test drive runs well process was quick at dealership. already had inspection sticker needed emission , it pass driving now good to go old school car. less miles very happy finally found something.

I saw this vehicle when it popped up on my Facebook feed. I immediately reached out to the dealership and he told me the vehicle was available. I met the owner who was professional, kind and courteous. The vehicle was in excellent condition and a few days later I purchased it. The day I came to pick my car, I met the owner wife and we talked about family. Thank you Lovettsville Auto Inc.

Although we did not strike a deal he was prompt and very courteous. The 2002 ML320 he has is too nice for my needs.

Purchased this car. Seller was very easy to work with, very accommodating. Car price was a great deal, seller gave us the keys and said to take as long as we wanted on a test drive. We closed the deal right after the test drive and drove it home. Couldn't be happier.

Nice guy but the millage of the car was listed as 100K less than what it actually was. I confronted him on it and yet he still hasn't changed the listing for the 2002 Honda CRV

Good dealer contact. Very prompt. After looking at vehicle closer, I saw more rust than I first spotted. Decided not to negotiate with salesman
I was so disappointed in Lovettsville Auto. Drove from Hagerstown to see a vehicle that had been on the market for 172 days, dealership closed, dealer uninterested in meeting me to make a sale. Requested I “come back another day.” Guess he’s not interested in selling cars or making customers. Well I’m not interested in coming back to that business with that attitude.

Jim has been so wonderful through this entire process. He was extremely knowledgable and so patient with us as we car-shopped. He went the extra TEN miles by staying late, coming in on his days off, and really connecting with us as people, not just potential clients. We love the truck and will refer family and friends to this business.
