Yes, this dealership is Beautiful, really nice! Our experience started off with Salesman Ross calling us with great Intention to have us come in. The tour experience was great, Ross was really cool & transparent & this dealership has plenty of options on the lot; there is certainly a family feel in the workers and I know that they look out for one another. Also, Jamen, Madison, and Nick were apart of the process as well & all were patient with us, while giving us quality information during our car buying process that led to our decision making in purchasing from here.I did not get the car that I was initially viewing on carguru; however, I got something better! Thanks Lou Sohb Honda.

Luxury auto source cost me thousands of dollars in lost wages from taking off work, travel time, lodging, trailer rental, ppi, etc—i put deposit down on thursday had ppi done-made trip down Friday 9hrs into my 11hr trip they messaged mre trying to say the car was wrecked at the carwash—but could provide no pics and would not respond further…they then proceeded to mark it pending on all their sites etc …..they sold the car out from under me! They are a very shady dealer! Buyers beware!

Great experience from beginning to end! Manager, Jim Milam, was calming, helpful and so easy to work with. We made a deal over the phone before making the drive. The car was beautiful and there were no surprises. Salesman Juan and Finance-guy Nick completed the package to make for a truly pleasant car buying experience. Thank you for being a bright spot in what had previously been a frustrating car search.
This dealership was top notch. My questions was answered in a timely manner. I was followed up by the sales manager and the internet manager who wanted my business. Now that’s complete dedication to earning my business!
Ps, Mr. Whitaker, I’m still watching the price on my future BMW 740 Li in my price range.

The sales associate (Justin) was very helpful and diligent. We almost
had a deal. Unfortunately, his supervisor (Larry) added upcharges to the
advertised CarGurus pricing. The next day, I discovered that the
advertised CarGurus price dropped but the supervisor refused to adjust
for it and created an implausible excuse for the price drop. Suddenly, the
car was sold without the knowledge of the original sales clerk and myself.
The agent lost his sale because the supervisor killed the deal. It was a
frustrating experience.

I contacted the dealer via on-line. We worked most of the deal on-line and finalized the deal after
I took my trade-in to the to evaluate. I was extremely happy with the dealership. They were low-
pressure, accomodating and fair. I will continue to use them for all my Honda car needs.

The dealer was so prompt to respond to my email and phone call about my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything was right before we drove away. He changed a few light bulbs and key fob batteries that were weak or had gone out. We’re very happy with our purchase and feel like we got a good deal from a trustworthy person.

The car door on the driver's side was broken, they did fix it but it took them quite awhile. There was no owner's manual, warranty booklet, or explanation of features that were promised.
The dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry. The car was clean enough on
the exterior, although you could tell that it had been sitting through multiple
cycles of rain with accumulation of dust. The car was not prepped at all, and
I wonder whether anyone at the dealership actually even drove it, since the
car was literally stuck and I really had to push the throttle hard to get the car
to move only after making a horrible cracking sound (probably rust buildup
on the brakes). So overall, NO, this car was NOT in good condition to be
tested. Despite these things, the salesperson was still trying to convince me
that the car drove just fine. That doesn't look good on any salesperson when
it's so blatantly obvious that the car wasn't prepared despite them knowing
that I was planning to be on the premises for several days in advance. It's
actually insulting, because they wasted my time. I was ready to buy,
provided the car was in good condition. Wasn't even close.

John, was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend John and

Asked for their best no haggle price twice and price was not given. Answers dancing around and asking to come in were all that were given. I don’t have time to play the game.
When we came to look at the used car it was a disaster. Not even an attempt
to clean out the cups, food wrappers from the vehicle (flies came out of the
car when the door was opened). It was a trade-in but the sales rep should
never have brought this car out for us to see....it was unprofessional and a
total waste of our time. We bought a VW from another dealer within one
hour of leaving.

I would give Lou Sobh 10 stars if I could. Sean was very proactive in
keeping in touch with us and even sent us additional photos and
information about the vehicle. He was honest about the vehicle, which is
refreshing when you are buying a used car. We drove a little over 2 hours
to this dealership and were not disappointed. They did not pressure us,
were easy to work with, gave us a great trade-in offer and a good "out
the door" price. They washed and detailed the vehicle [again] and
delivered it to us clean and shining and with a full tank of gas. My
husband and I give Lou Sobh a five star rating for their five star customer
service. Highly recommend!

The dealer responded very fast. However, the car pictured on line was not
the same color as the written description. Salesperson told me that the
picture was the correct color and the written description was wrong. I was
interested in the color in the written description so that that concluded our
conversation.

Drove all the way there after telling them
on the phone about our budget. They
raised the price once we were there,
when we needed a lower price than was
listed online already. They asked what I
was preapproved for to base their
numbers off of, which I consider rude in
the first place. We negotiated a price,
but we couldn't pay it until a week later.
When I called to tell them I was ready to
buy, they raised the price by $1000. They
said it was because it hadn't gone
through servicing and detailing when I
drove it, but wouldn't it have to go
through that before I bought it anyway?
