Did not have direct contact with the dealer just via email to ask questions. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Found out the truck was long bed. Not interested in a long bed

This dealer responded to us quickly. We received excellent service and loved Kyle Burns. Our needs were met and we were treated fairly.
We bought the truck we called about and love it. The process was quick and easy. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly.

5/24: After an email inquiry the dealer contacted me via email. We
replied back and forth through email that day discussing situation and
gave info on the car I was considering trading so materials and
numbers could be prepped.
5/25: Expected a call or email regarding numbers. No call or email. I
called and left a message late in the day for the sales rep I was
working with.
5/26: Sales rep called in the morning. Stated he had the day off the
previous day, so there was zero movement on my inquiry. Would have
been nice to know this ahead of time or could have had another person
handle communications for the day. They were gonna work on things
and expected to call me later that day. No call or email back.
That day I worked on preparation to trade or sell my car. Since I hadn't
heard back from the sales rep, I texted a handful of photos of the car i
would trade and a short message. There was no reply that night.
5/27: Still no reply from the text I had sent the night before. I did a
follow up message seeing if they got my photos, etc. I did get a reply
from the sales rep, that he wasn't in the office today and they would be
closed Monday due to the Memorial holiday so he would touch base on
Tuesday. Fair enough.
5/30: As discussed I expected to receive some correspondence. Zero.
Quite irritating.
5/31: Midday I decided to touch base as I felt there wouldn't be any
otherwise. At this point I was done with this situation. I stated I was
out and expressed my disappointment in their lack of follow through
communication on multiple occasions. The rep to his credit was
apologetic, and said the vehicle in question was sold sometime on
Tuesday while he was away from the office. Just hadn't gotten around
to notifying me.
I was really interested in the vehicle. I probably couldn't have made $
work. However, I would have liked to have made that call vs being put
on the back burner for what amounted to a 7 day ordeal.
To make matters worse I received an email the following day from
Lotspeich through carguru's titled Still Interested? This email stated
they tried to follow up with me but unfortunately have not been able to
connect with me. I was wavering on whether or not to submit a review,
as I am not a review writer. However, that email after the vehicle was
sold and that they couldn't connect with me was ridiculous and the final
straw.

when I buy I will make My way to
their lot
Contacted the dealership and they were very polite and responsive. Discussed with the sales rep to speak with her sales manager about what the bottom price would be so I could decide if I wanted to do a buyers order. The representative contacted me back within 30 minutes but I was unable to answer the phone. When I did call her back, she told me the car had sold but offered to show me another comparable vehicle. She did send pics of the other vehicle but it was not in the price range I was looking to be in. Here we are 5 days later and the SAME car I originally called about is STILL listed. SHADY SHADY dealership. They get the one star only because they were prompt in replying.

Average. Didn't offer much wiggle room. Wouldn't go through the banks we asked for, there for didn't offer us very good interest rates even though we have good credit and have low rates on our cars now.

I have not purchased a car yet but the salesman contacted me via e-mail very quickly and was vert polite. I have talked with others who HAVE bought from Lotspeich and they have said that Lotspeich was the best that have ever death with including the service dept.
