saw a car I was interested in, asked them if they still had it in stock (I have heard of outrageous offers that were not real..."We
just sold it!" just to get you thru the door), There were first, two people talking to me. Then, they asked if I was still interested, but
now, they suggested other manufacturers, then maybe a year model different than what I requested (even though I had shared
with them down to the dealership Stock Number...). All I was asking is a yes or no. Even the attached picture you sent with this
survey, is not what I asked for (that I had seen in the inventory). Very frustrating. If I was them, I would not even advertise an
internet sales....
