Michael Morris, the manager, was wonderful. He helped me get the SUV by providing information and updates, notifying me when documents were being sent, verifying the cost and getting the vehicle shipped to me the day after I paid for it. Now that's fast service. Upon delivery I checked out the SUV and it's in good condition considering its age. As a matter of fact, it looks better in person than the picture. Thumbs up for Longwood Auto LLC.

Unfortunately, this is not true. We have a thorough CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that we notate and is auto populated when an action is taken. We reached out to the customer via text, left 2 Voice Mails and sent 2 emails. We actually had him approved, he failed to contact us back.
CarGurus, we can provide proof of the attempted contact and no response from the customer to disprove this unfair review. There is a chance he has Longwood Auto mixed up with another dealer he submitted an application to.

Absolutely best dealer experience ever! Ryan was super friendly, very easy to work with and very efficient. I was in and out including the test drive in about an hour. The vehicle I purchased was as described and in amazing condition. I would recommend longwood auto 10 out of 10 times.
As soon as we told him other dealerships had turned us doen he said can't help you and walked away.
