Everyone there was pleasant and informative. It did take a long time to buy the vehicle but, I didn't have to wait.
Someone was always working with me. Mgmt could have been a bit more flexible on price which would have sped up the
process and the amount of paperwork was trmendous but, overall it was a relaxing experience. Good people.

Fred Williams was great however I wish I could say the same for the dealership. I left 3
messages for Fred before I purchased yet Fred told he didn't receive any of them. After the
sale I called the Finance dept with a question on a Friday at noon. Again, I left a message
yet no one returns the call. I can only imagine how frustrated other customers get when
experiencing the same.

regarding a 2023 Toyota RAV 4. I have decided to
hold off buying a new car for now. My prior dealings
with Longo were very straightforward and professional.
Their sales people were very informative and responsive.

trade in was too low. The most they would offer was $3500 after some
negotiating and I was able to sell for $6,000.

Found the car I wanted, scheduled a test drive. Got there early, a different salesman took over & told me that car was currently being sold to someone else. I love my new car 2016 RAV4 LE but I won’t shop online for a car again.

The Internet sales never replied in a timely manner to get me a counter offer. Awful experience on never getting a true response. If you want to sell a car then negotiate nd make it happen. Your in sales for god’s Sake.

Friendly and very fair.
If I could give it no stars I would. Bait and switch at its
finest. Called ahead for a car in the evening, I was told
by a salesman David it was available. Confirmed my
appointment in the morning and drive right down. Do
you think during our back and forth morning text
messages he could have updated me that the car I was
interested and placed an offer on had sold the night
before? Nope . He knew it was gone and if he really
didn’t, that is unacceptable too, as I set up an
appointment to see it. Very unprofessional attitude as
well when letting us know in person. “Sorry, that’s just
how it goes, we can’t hold cars, if they sell, they sell!” I
never asked for it to be held, but I would have preferred
not to drive down their with my new baby in tow if it
wasn’t there anymore. Just a polite update would have
been nice. While feeling confrontational during the
ordeal, I decided to hold my tongue and smiled and
remained polite while he showed me another car that
was filthy inside. The ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth
and I decided I would not return to this dealership or
look at anything else on the lot. I am unable to say
anything nice about my experience at Longo.

This toyo looks really nice in pics drives ok, however it's been in an accident although it's carfax says its good for the road it's paint job needs work. After I this tried to take it for a drive , the battery was dead. The sales man was rude when I asked for a better price. I'll take my time and money elsewhere.

After getting horrible service from
multiple Kia dealerships, we decided to
go with a used Kia and made a great
deal with Fred at Longo Toyota. It was
easy and had no hassle what so ever.
He honored his word and the Leicester
he gave me over the phone and I drove
off that day with the car I wanted and a
very happy buyer. Our sales man Fed
and our finance guy Louis were
awesome. I will be returning for our
next car later this year and will be
sending business your way. Buyers
beware of Huntington Beach Kia,
Wayne and Joe aka Jose. Horrible

As long as you haven't signed the contract they are nice. The moment you sign the contract they won't honor there word. Example I told them I wanted black rims important to me the guy tells me it would be 2,000. more I would be better off to get them powder coated he knew where I could go ok cool. I signed contract he says no wheels can't be painted I would have to buy wheels & tires for 2,000. I have 1 key he says we can make you one. No I have go & make 1 myself...

tell them about your bad credit they insist on helping with no problem
