I had to contact the dealer by phone after contacting them through CarGurus website. I spoke to one of their used car salesman he took my information, and he said " give me five minutes, and I will call you back" and I never heard from him again. A few days later I got a call from one of their associates from a business development department, and she made an attempt to get me, someone, that could help me find what I am looking to buy. I received a call within about 30 minutes. I spoke to another salesman, he took my information and again haven't heard from them since.

Went and test drove a vehicle. The original salesman was courteous and seemed like he was attempting to help. When discussing the pricing, I was told a price $5k more than I was told over the phone before I drove 4 hours. After getting them to honor the price, they severely undervalued my trade. We couldn't agree on the price, so the "closer" salesman came in. This is when things went extremely downhill. When discussing that I had done plenty of research on trade-in values and retail values of my trade, they started treating myself and my wife like we were idiots who had no idea what we were talking about. I do not recommend going to this dealer, I will not purchase a vehicle from them.
