We did buy this truck and cannot say enough about what everyone did with transferring a lot from our Ram 2500 trade in ,the fifth wheel, 50 gallon auxiliary Fuel tank, running boards and wheels. We made a few friends with our purchase. Ariana was our internet salesperson who allowed all this to happen. What they did for us was requested in order for us to travel 150 miles to purchase this truck. Austin was our go too salesman, who made this all happen. And deal was sealed with Frank and Wes. The muscles of the work done was Ben and his crew in the shop. Thanks to all at Lokey Subaru!

Car was reasonably priced until the dealer attempted to add $2500 in last minute dealer and recon fees prior to purchase. Never seen that before (recon and $2500) and we've bought lots of cars in Florida. This dealer or their sales manager is super shady. Price and fees where already agreed to. Don't even waste your time looking at their inventory, the price is not the price posted, and they will definitely add a bunch off fees $2500 last minute way above the value of the vehicle.
Drove an hour to pick up auto with cash. Spoke to salesperson 30 minutes before I got there and he said car was available. When I got there car was sold. Salesman said he would call I and let me know when car was picked up. He did not call. I called next day and he said he got too busy to call. Very disappointing!

Bought the truck all was well
At first, I thought I had a very helpful salesman. Then after a while, I started noticing inconsistencies in what he was telling me regarding financing and credit checking. I really felt sort of poor and insignificant. I just wanted a $12k car and they made me feel like I was trying to buy a 2019 Mercedes; like I really had no business doing so because I've never bought from a dealership before. 2/5 stars because I do believe that he made some effort to find me a fair loan deal.

My experience was great! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with me. I drove off in my dream. They are willing to work with you no matter what. They even gave me a full tank of gas. I really loved it here and I will go back when my it’s time to trade my car. I recommend them 100%.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Offered me below bottom dollar for my immaculate Hummer H2 . Mine drives and looks great. Their Hummer H2 needs transmission work. They were not going to pay for those repairs or lower their asking price. I can't imagine many if any satisfied customers who deal with this dealership

I visited the dealer and after quite a search they found it in the back. The mechanic said it
had transmission issues but the salesman assured me that would be fixed. I waited a few
weeks and wrote them back asking what they had done to fix tranny, no reply, just a sales
guy wanting to ignore it and try to sell me anyway. Then I call again and find out they sold
it or sent it to auction but they are still advertising it on Facebook and Cargurus. I pointed
this out to them and they claim it takes days to get the add taken down. They charge a
ridicolous $1200 reconditioning fee + a $799 Dealer fee so this makes the cars a lot more
expensive.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They tried to take advantage of me because I drove a great distance to see their
vehicle only to have them play games and waste my time. The Finance manager is extremely rude to customers. He had no problem lying to
me about the vehicle's values. They add a VERY HIGH Dealer Fee of $899 then when you get the final numbers they sneak in a $899
"reconditioning fee" for used cars. They claim its to cover the money spent to recondition the used cars. They want the buyers to pay for what
is a dealers responsibility! The finance manager will tell you to take his price or leave the store and will not agree to remove the ridiculous
fee's. Find yourself another dealer with lower fees and no nonsense "reconditioning" fee. They price their cars low and then add on
outrageous fee's once they know you're interested. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The sales staff was excellent. The vehicle I was interested in was a hot mess. I now understand why they never posted pictures.
They should have been honest upfront and saved time for both parties.

Went there to purchase a vehicle that was suppose to be able to test drive.Vehicle had no keys or battery to even crank the van.Was suppose to ready when I came there to buy this cash vehicle.The place is a joke.The mechanic was alright because he tried to give the battery out of his personal but without keys was pointless.long drive from Brandon for a van that I couldn’t even crank up.Good luck dealing with these clowns.

Beware, these guys tack on a lot of fees to their listed price. I was interested
until the price of the car went up due to dealer prep, paperwork, dealer
repairs, etc.

Hassle free buying experience. Salesman promptly returned my email and the sale was made the next day. I believe I got a very fair deal and I'm very satisfied with the vehicle I bought. I would recommend Lokey Subaru for anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, used or new.

The salesman from the dealer contacted me by email right away. I let him
know I was waiting for photos. I got no direct response to my response. A
couple of days later he contacted me again. There were still no photos of the
vehicle. He did not mention my email and I am not sure if he even read it. I
told him again that I was waiting for photos and was not going to test drive the
car until I saw them. I got no response at all to that email and several days
have gone by.

Test drove vehicle listed as well as another one while there. Both
vehicles were in dire need of major repair. Listed 2006 Navigator had
check engine light on and rode like it was bottomed out on the
suspension. Was told that they need to do a safety inspection before it
the purchase could be finalized. The cost of repairs would be added to
the price of the vehicle. Very devious business deal if you ask me. The
vehicle has been there’s for over a month if I recall. Should have gone
over it before listing it! The other vehicle had major engine and
transmission problems, knock, miss, and clunk respectedly. Again,
would inspect and cost would be passed on to buyer. NOPE!

Great customer service
Salesman charges extra fees that doesn’t make sense.
There was an 2013 VW Passat at this dealership for
$9,000. When I asked for the out the door price the
salesman said over $12,300. I asked for a detailed list
of fees and was told $899 for a dealer fee, $799 for GA
tax for where I live and then the shenanigans started
($500 for a 16 point inspection) which is what should be
done regardless when you care about the quality of
product you sell. The above charges totaled $2,200
plus a base price of $9,000 equals $11,200. So where
did the other $1,100 dollars come from. So the
salesman Bill agreed to remove the $500 dollar
inspection fee. He said out the door price was now
11,000 dollars charging me only $899 dealer fee and
$799 Ga tax. Well it still leaves 300 dollars
unaccounted for. I purchased the same year, make and
model car that was diesel at another dealer that could
explain logical fees to me and paid 2,000 dollars more
than the out the door price of this Lokey Subaru dealer
of Port Richey, Fl because they charged me only for
what I was actual getting. Not extra fees with no logical
explanation. I bought a diesel ENGINE Passat same
year and same SEL PREMIUM FEATURES for only
$2000 more than the gasoline engine that Lokey
offered. I advise anyone to go further than this
dealership because they don’t really want good
business relations they just want good MONEY!!!

They were rude. First sent an email that the sat had been removed from inventory due to not passing inspection. When I called the next day was told it was not. Asked for additional picture was assured would receive the within the hour but didn't. This dealer seems only interested in high dollar sells and has poor customer service.

The internet contact was somewhat combative. Additionally, the model I
inquired about was mislabeled. As I had looked at this model several times
they had called it a limited when it was clearly base by the pictures. When I
brought this up to confirm the model they told me it was being taken down as
it was not in good enough shape for their dealership. Later they just
corrected the information and reposted it. Not a great interaction.

I went to look at a specific car advertised on the internet. I had a couple of conversations with a representative from the dealership, and informed them that I was coming to
see the cr. The sales person, and the manager were very courteous, and accommodating. After viewing the car, which was accurately depicted in the add, I realized that it
was not quite what I wanted.

Went by to see the car that I inquired about as they said "yes" it is on the lot. When I went by I went through 3 times even looking where cars are fixed and detailed to see if it was there and it wasn't. I left and let the dealer know I had come by but the car wasn't there a little later I got a reply email that "it showed as in stock". So out of curiosity I drive by with my new purchase from another dealer to see if the car was there and it still was not.

Dealt with an internet manager...never spoke to, or was invited in from a real sales manager. Internet manager tried to make me believe that he had tons of $$ invested in the car; if so, bad business. MMR on the car is $43,900.00, and he was trying to get $49,499.00+dealer slush $$. After being advertised for well over 100 days, (usually dealers have a 45 day limit on their inventory,) I have been around way too long to buy into their sales process.

which the sender said he had left several messages. No voice
mail was ever left for me. I believe in telling it like it is . Either
he did or did not, which he did not do. I was taught that
honesty was always the best policy and I very much believe it

I told Bill that I was driving two hours to see this car. He said the
car was in good condition, and at $10,577, I would expect it to
be at least OK. When I arrived at the dealership, Bill sent me on
a test drive with one of his young apprentices. Turns out, the car
was a complete mess (only fit for the wholesale market). The top
wouldn't go down...and it wouldn't re-latch after the failed
attempt either, the parking brake release came off in my hand,
door panels had fabric hanging off, the car's interior had so
many things broken or missing that I lost count. Bill didn't wait
around the dealership for me to return from the test drive. This
car was wholesale garbage, and the dealer let me drive 2 hours
to see it. Just because he's a used car salesman doesn't mean
he has to lack basic human decency.
