When we got into the vehicle it had a smoke odor. Salesman told us it was a deodorizer they use. We know what smoke smells like. It was a deal killer.

Very disappointed in the lack of honesty displayed by Lockwood regarding their knowledge of important information that they did not share with me prior to my purchase of this vehicle. I contacted dealer and was told by salesman that this was a trade-in vehicle from a customer that moved to the area. He didn’t know much about the car but said his manager did. I was an out of state purchaser and because of that I informed my salesman that I wouldn’t be bringing the car back in for service so I wanted to know as much as they could tell me about car. He called me back and said that the car was traded for something that handled snow better and that they did a safety check and it only needed brake work. I decided to purchase. I found information in the glovebox that identified the previous owner and contacted him. Boy was I in for a shock- he had purchased the car from Lockwood and returned the car a few months later due to ongoing injector issues. That was never shared with me.

Good Experience. I asked the salesperson several questions prior to arriving for a test drive. K Priest was very honest with the replies. As it turned out, the vehicle did not have heated seats and that was one of my requirements for a vehicle. That was not one of my questions and I consider that my fault.

They sold me the truck “as is” while saying they would take care of any short-term issues. When they followed up to ask about issues, however, and I told them about the battery being dead, they did not reply again.

I was able to get a different year with lower mileage. Happy so far

Nice folks got right back to me and answered my questions. Only reason I didnt buy there was the truck had the smaller motor.

They called me as soon as possible on Saturday afternoon and told me that the truck was a mechanic special because the motor was shot, and that they wanted to let me know ASAP so that I didn’t waste my weekend banking on this truck. I really appreciated the call and their honesty.

This Dealership was Wonderful! Excellent Communication and Willingness to work hard for the Sale. Unfortunately my credit was so bad I couldn't get financed and the vehicle of interest sold, but they tried hard for me.
