FAST! Responsive! Paperwork was Ready! One Hour Turnaround! Keys in hand and
out the door. THANKYOU Andrew in Online Sales for the initial call, Nick for arranging
the sale, & Nick in finance was very THOROUGH in explaining policies and
procedures. And for DAN answering my numerous questions over the phone. The drive
from Jersey to CT was longer then the time we spent at the dealership! They need
raises.
Communication : Excellent and Professional
Listing : Well Listed Nothing Hidden
Onsite : Car was clean and ready for the test drive
Customer Service : More then Accommodating
Overall: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a commercial truck.
They are good people.

Terrible experience! The dealer low balled
me on a trade and didn’t seem interested in
selling me the vehicle. At no point did they
ask me about financing, money down, etc.
They simply seemed lazy and what you
would expect from a car salesman
After multiple calls back-and-forth I showed up on time to dealership.
I like the truck and ready for negotiate. Sales man had me wait about 20 minutes and then told me truck is already under deposit.
One of the worst customer service I have experience in car dealership.
I won’t recommend to visit this place.

If I was buying new in CT, this is where I'd go, hands down. Ultimately, they didn't have what I
wanted, but they bent over backwards to help me find it. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable
group.

The sales representative Nick was extremely nice,
polite, patience with our three year old, honest
when ask questions in regards to the vehicle , but
when it came down to talking about the purchase
of the vehicle the manager was a different story.
We had already been pre approved by our bank
usaa and we had the paper to provide for them.
One they wouldn’t take the price down ok fine we
where still willing to buy the vehicle. Two we
where told directly by the manager that they don’t
work with our bank, that we need to leave a
500.00 deposit for the vehicle , then the manager
would write up the contract, we would have to
contact the bank and submit the paperwork
ourselves and request a check to be mailed to our
home then we could bring them the check and
pick up the vehicle ! The whole point was we had
already been pre approved the paper was pretty
much cash and it was suppose to save is the
hassles of going thur all the bs. Needless to say
they lost our business !!

Dealing with the internet sales rep was a long process. He was very slow to respond and overall didn't seam to want my business. I did however speak with a sales manager who was very helpful and prompt. By the time I got to speak to the sales manager the truck had allready been sold.

Had a great experience at Litchfield Ford. We found a great first car for our beloved daughter. Low miles, drives great and very helpful staff. Jeff Smith was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I even got to take the car to my mechanic before purchasing and their warrantee helps you feel great about the decision to buy a car from them at Litchfield Ford. This is the first time I’ve dealt with them but it won’t be the last. Highly recommended!

Litchfield Ford was very responsive and checked in to see how my search was going. I’ve never purchased a vehicle from them, however I would definitely consider them in the future.

I'm so happy to have been able to work with my local dealership trying to find a 2016 Mustang. From start to finish, an excellent experience. A very good selling price on the car, a very good trade in value, great financing rate and no BS on the purchase contract unlike other dealerships that tack on a lot of unnecessary expenses. The dealer got right back to me!
Probably the easiest sale for Litchfield. Found the car I wanted on their
website through CarGuru's. Called them up and told them I'd take it. Russ is
a nice guy, we had no problems and it was an easy transaction. Good price
on the car which made the 2 hour drive from Albany worth it.

Not good.I went there with the intention to purchase the vehicle that was
advertised expecting to see it after i made an appointment. I discovered
that once i was there and asked to see the vehicle they told me it was in
the service bay, up on a lift and the technician would not lower it for
inspection but they could show me a similar vehicle!!! Are they for real?
Once i mentioned Carfax and heard the vehicle has been crashed the
deal went downhill even after they offered me $500 for my 2001 Jeep.
When i was leaving the manager approached me and asked me what i
needed to close the deal, i told him im not interested.
