Very helpful and not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend this dealership. It was my first time purchasing from Lighthouse and will definitely be back for future needs. Ask for Philip he was honest and answered all questions.

Very friendly and courteous. I only wanted to look and test drive this truck to see if I even liked it or not. No pressure from sales on purchasing when I was done with the test drive. That is a biggie for me as I have walked out of several dealerships when they start to pressure tactics. I did like the truck, but not this one. However, I did get my sale persons card, and I will be watching their website as I continue my search to see if they may get something in that I may like better.

Friendly and professional. They took the time to answer any questions I had. They stayed in communication and kept me updated until I could make it in. Their price was fair and they did not push a ton of extras. Best dealership experience I've ever had. This place is almost 3 hours from my house and I would definitely go there again if I'm ever in the market for a GMC or Buick. They even contacted me a over week later after I bought the car to wish me a happy birthday.

Dealer was very pleasant and helpful. Bought the truck and couldn't be happier with it. Dealer ship delivered it to my house which is almost 90 miles away. They also brought a cinnamon roll cake which was delicious.

No negotiating on price. I received a text5 days later asking if I liked the truck. I said yes all except the price and cab noise. Asked me what price I’d be a buyer at? I told them, which was obviously less than what I would have made the trade while I was there, no counter offer. Now I see they dropped the price 2k a few days later. Maybe that’s how you negotiate these days I don’t know.

CeCe their customer relations person was great at communicating back with me. We talked several times over a seven day period. Unfortunately Jeremy, one of the salesmen, didn’t seem too interested in selling to me. I didn’t try to talk him down in price, I only asked him once if the price was negotiable. He presumed wrongly that I wasn’t very interested I guess. He said he would send me pictures of the rocker panel on Monday evening. I waited for them on Tuesday but they never came! Wednesday morning I decided to drive three hours to the dealership to look at it in person. When I called around 9:30 to let them know I was about an hour away and wanted to look at the car, I learned they let someone else take it home to test drive it overnight Tuesday! Unfortunately they sold it out from under me.

Overall fantastic experience. This deal was prepared over the phone and I live 100 miles from the dealer. Lighthouse and the staff were very
aware of the time and distance that was necessary for me to travel to take delivery and everything was prepared and ready to sign when I
arrived. Total time a the dealership was about an hour to test drive, assess the trade I brought and sign all the paper work. GREAT people
that stayed true to their word and made the experience one of the best car deals I've made. (And I've made a lot)!

I immediately received a call and a followup e mail from Lighthouse. I test drove the vehicle on Saturday, and it's condition was like a new car. They installed a backup camera for me and the vehicle was delivered to me on Wednesday. Excellent service!

My wife Kandy and I were thinking about trading
in our 2006 Jeep grand Cherokee . As jeep
owners over the last 20 years we generally
exclusively bought from the Jeep dealership. I
found this 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee listed by
the lighthouse automotive in Morton Illinois and
decided to drive by and check it out. As we live
out of town I emailed them about questions we
had? Their response to my email was immediate
and very courteous. They also offered to have the
vehicle available for me to see the next day. When
I drove over there I was a little apprehensive
because of my past car lot experiences. When I
arrived the jeep was sitting exactly where they
told me it would be... I was immediately greeted
by Brian, the sales manager, with who I had
contacted via my email. He was very friendly,
very courteous. He answered all my questions
about this vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle.
After the test drive I told him I had to go home
and discuss it with my wife later that evening
because she was at work. During that time Brian
made the effort, long after the dealership close to
offer to make an even better deal if we were so
inclined. After talking to the wife, I contacted
Brian and told him I was interested in acquiring
the jeep. I cannot believe how smooth the
transaction went. There was no pressure to buy,
Jim who works in the finance department breezed
right through the paperwork. Not only did
lighthouse automotive give us a great deal, they
also made customers of us or life. If you want to
buy a vehicle with no high sales pressure tactics
check out lighthouse automotive. Once you
experience their sales team and staff, you will see
they are not only honest but actually have the
integrity to put the customer wants and needs
first.it's easy to see why people come from all
throughout the United States to do business with
them. Kandy and I will be customers from here on

Outstanding. I was put in touch with Kent Wiegand after expressing interest in a very specific truck. Kent got me lined up with financing, and has been on point since our initial contact. My work schedule is very unpredictable in my career, and my plans have to change frequently. Kent has been extremely patient, and helpful in his continued assistance with helping me throughout the purchase process of my vehicle. I reside in Idaho, and will be making the journey in 2 weeks to Illinois to pick up my new truck. He contacted me and told me the 2913 Supercab truck I was interested in was selling for $500 less then it sold for new in 2013 while my 2015 Crew Cab with 20,000 less miles in perfect shape was only worth $20,000.00 less then I paid for it. Hmmm.. I guess I wasn't impressed. He did call back and they run it well. Just a bit more profit margin their way. Not even worth a look to me. I ran all the estimates on what my truck was worth. They just weren't even close.

I test drove their car and had a great salesmen. They just didn't have a car
with the features I wanted. Will go back to them for any needs. My service on
my 2015 Buick has been very good. Took the time to bring in competitors
cars to compare and drive before purchase.
