The salesman was quite nice however his boss was not so much. I was going to pay cash but this rug was overpriced. It was a base line van but priced as a top of the line. I asked for a couple things to be added like a tow hitch and a running board. I also offered $36,000 as a starting place. The boss came out with what he could charge if the buyer financed the rig as this what the bank would allow. But I was paying cash! He said they were in the middle as far as approved price by the bank. He said so no way he would take less than asking price. I said then there is no deal. He said okay.
Two days later the salesman called and asked if I had changed my mind. Really?! Not likely when you refused to even discuss a decent price.
I have since purchased a newer vehicle with many more options for less than this place was asking. So don’t let a dealership try to bully you into paying more than you should.

Talked to a couple salesman but Curtis was very helpful with answering my questions. I
did not buy there as they did not have anything in stock in my price range, but I will check
back in a month or two. The one thing I wish they and other places would do is take down
vehicles when they sell them. It would save a lot of time.

This dealer is in a different state so we haven't actually gone yet; but they are very quick to respond, listen to what we actually want, and follow up periodically to let us know when they get new inventory that may work for us to and to see if there's any update to our needs or vehicle criteria. Excellent service so far and we will definitely make the drive if they get the perfect truck.

From the first conversation to the delivery of the truck I actually purchased, Trevor Ryan was great. He immediately notified me that the truck I
inquired about was sold but had on hand two alternative trucks that were similar to my search criteria. When I told him about not being able to
leave my local area because I am active duty in the United States Marine Corps, he promptly told me "If we can make a deal, I will personally
deliver the truck to you." Mr. Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was quick to answer any questions I had. He also
went out of his way to provide specific pictures and videos that I requested. The Lifter Trucks staff was phenomenal to work with and I will
highly recommend them to anyone looking for truck. 5 out of 5 in my book.

Wish they were a hair more transparent with the prices. You have to read into it and see that all trucks are 6 to 7k more than advertised. That's fine. I understand with the lift. Just post true price. Sale personal were very polite.

First of all. The price listed is FALSE. They got my attention with the low price. Then let me know the price if rims and lift is not included. So the price was roughly $34,000. OK I am prepared to put as much as $10,000 down, and still they wanted a co-signer. Guess it wasn't meant for me to have this truck. I can't say anything bad about the dealer. I just wish we could have worked something out.

Hi James, we understand your frustration. The accessories aren't included in the asking price, but they are listed as an add in the vehicle description, along with the cost. Most vehicle shopping sites do not account for the 6k to 9k in accessories we add to these trucks, and neither does Kelly Blue Book. Therefore, we are forced to list the price before we add the accessories. If we didn't add the accessories ourselves at our shop, then the accessories would be included in the price. Very disappointed. Went in prepared and excited about getting a new vehicle. Luckily I did my research before hand and was appauled at how I was treated. They gave me a vERY low and incorrect credit score and truck trade in offer (had other dealerships appraise its trade in value prior to going in and verified my owm credit) it was their tactic to insult me into being lucky enough to pay double what I could afford, not that they listened to that at all either. And once I asked for a 4th time, for my keys back and walked out he ran after and said he'd try my price. I left. Extremely hurt and disappointed by my experience.

This truck was all rusted underneath and sprayed over with undercoat to hide the rust. Also eng. Was rusty and all aluminum components oxidized. Looks to have come from back east. Truck way over priced for the issues that will come from the rust. Needs acid washed and sandblasted then undercoat but still will be rust growing forever.i feel it was misrepresented and dealer was trying to pull a fast one. Feel sorry for whoever ends up with it.

Truck was priced high and was sold by the time they got back to me and said to come in and check out the selection at lot they wouldn't email them to me wanted my cell to text.

Blake worked hard for us and because of his diligence, we were able to
purchase the truck of our dreams. We went to see a particular truck,
however, it was not exactly the truck we wanted. Blake did not give up
and helped find "The One", the truck we needed to pull our traveler
trailer. Great experience.

Salesman was good, was passed around a few times before one could show me some trucks. After all set and done, they low balled me on a trade, and I walked. Bought the same truck same price from another dealership. That dealership gave me what I wanted on a trade in. When they say it is the last of the month and they really want need to move trucks, well they lost out on a 55k deal from me and their competitors got it.

Flew from Seattle to Phoenix to buy this truck and I would highly recommend Lifted Trucks to anyone who wants to deal with a high integrity dealership.
The truck was everything they said it was. They made the whole process very easy, and I am very happy to have found them.

The overall experience was very uncomfortable. The salesman had no idea about anything about the jeep I was interested and they tried to set up a terrible deal for me right then and there after I test drove the vehicle. They kept feeding me this story that the reason the jeep was priced was because of the AFTERMARKET features it had. They tried to guilt me into taking deal with them because they allegedly lowered the price TOO LOW and that what the financial guy was doing was something he should not be doing and it's highway robbery for a deal like this blah blah blah. I am definitely never returning to this dealership.

This truck was actually in the back lot and locked up until right when we were driving away. Apparently it wasn't ready for the lot and was in need of a wash. Looked at an 06 and 09 Ram2500 but both were severely over priced compared to other dealers.
