I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new used car from Stevens Creek Lexus. I’ve written a thank you note that I plan on sending to them. They made my experience so pleasant and I was dreading dealing with car sales people. However, everyone I dealt with Andy, the manager, Gina And especially Gary the sales person who helped me has gone above and beyond to answer my questions take my phone calls, etc. I am extremely happy with my car and the service I received.

Made an inquiry.
Instead of receiving answers to my simple online questions regarding a certain vehicle on the lot, I received two canned letters asking to
call them. If I wanted to speak to a salesperson and give them my personal info, I would have done that in the first place.
There are easier dealerships to work with. Move on.

Stevens Creek Lexus gets a 5 star rating! Listing was accurate. Car was clean & beautiful inside & out. Customer service was the best l have encountered on this long search. I ended up buying the car which was delivered to my home the next day. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I got an auto response from my comment. I was interested in buying the car but it was several thousand dollars over fair value. I told him that I would be a buyer at the fair value price which was several thousands of dollars less than quoted. All I got was an auto response which I don't deal with no one bothered to call. I went out and bought another car that was fair value priced. I guess the moral of the story here is that auto responders do not sell cars.
I have checked in with this Dealer twice and was not impressed with the way
they advertised vs actual inventory. The cars I asked for either not on the lot
or just sold and later came back with other similar cars at much higher price
tag. It happened twice to me, so "What a co-incident!!!" here. Is it "Bait and
Switch"?, I don't know for sure but it draws me to that direction.

We brought a Lexus RX 350 to trade in. The guy
receiving the cars and giving them an estimated value
acused us implicitly of not being the first and only
owners of the car first. Somehow he was implying that
we were trying to cheat but that he was very clever and
had outsmarted us. We showed him the original invoice
from the dealership showing that we had been the only
owners. I believe his info comes from the fact that we
have lives in two other states apart from California.
His attitude was totally unacceptable and not the way to
treat a customer, accusing us of such a thing only to
pay less for the car we were trading in.
We are already buying our Lexus in another dealership
where employees don't want to give us honesty lessons
that we never asked for.

WOW!!! This dealership is awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and they didn't waste any of my time. No one tried to pressure me into buying a car but there is a very warm, comfortable vibe nevertheless. I found just the one that I wanted and they worked with me to help me get exactly that one. Ask for Jackie in sales and Jennifer in financing, they were both great! The dealer ignored you when you offer a deal that dissatisfy them. The guy tells me that they will buy the car for him with that price. In conclusion, he has very bad attitude for his customer. I will never come back there.
