Upon my inquiry /information to your dealership, the response was quick, and polite, even though it was mostly text messages, and the salesman continue to stay in touch with me. If it wasn’t for the distance from your establishment to my location, I would be more active in looking for a vehicle at your dealership. I did send a request and inquiries for vehicles here in my hometown of Bakersfield, to the local GMC dealership, but I was basically ignored. Again thank you so much for your professionalism, courtesy and rapid response.

Very respectful communication and very understanding that the logistics didn’t make sense to purchase a vehicle across country .
Kevin was very helpful and pleasant. Problem was that they put a 2021 Lexus RX 350 F Sport on the lot for sale and did not expose
that the car had two deep parallel gouges (large scratches) on the rear bumper of the vehicle. I was lucky enough to see those in a close examination of their photos.
This defect should have been fixed before the listing. They did offer to fix it , but there is no way I would be happy with the required repair on this car. Kind of think that
they may have thought that no-one would see it or would not let the problem block a sale. I was lucky on this one because, I would really be let down if I had scheduled my
test drive (drove some 70 miles one way} and caught this problem. I do enjoy your site, keep the good work up.

They sent me photos of the car and it did NOT look like this car in the photos. It was actually a dark
blue car when the photo clearly was a light blue color. They kept texting me insisting it was the same
car and I had to block them.

Terrible experience and I would never purchase a vehicle from them. Dishonest sales rep and tried to push the sale of a vehicle that had prior
accidents yet they originally said the vehicle had never been in an accident. They also said the vehicle had 2 prior owners yet the carfax said the vehcile had been sold 3
times. Sales manager got involved and he was very nice and very professional but it was too late, way too many other honest dealerships and I decide to buy elsewhere.
Was told online that I was pre approved for terms that were good and made an appointment to check it out even though it was an hour Uber drive there. When I got there they said that they would need an much larger down payment( which i didn’t want but coulda done if I had been told Whats the point of pre approval?) after talking with the bank they finance through, they tell me it’s impossible to get the car I want but they have another one same year different color for 10k less, that they can finance me for so I test drove it and it had barely any of the features the other one did and some air conditioning issues and windshield crack just from what I could see. I was baited and switched and generally disappointed because I didn’t think this would be that kind of dealership so I cut my losses and left. The cherry on top is that a greasy seat belt in the second test drive stained my white shirt and i wasted 160 on Uber there and back and almost all of my day.

They were very helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with the information and the negotiations, so much so I ended up buying two vehicles that day.
Came in prepared and already pre-approved through my local credit union. Drove 4 hours each way to view
the car that was advertised at 19,999. According to all the research I did, including Cargurus, car was a
good deal at 2K below market value (car has also been listed for over 3 months/involved in prior accident).
What wasnât advertised in the 19,999 price was about an additional 3k in "alarm system and paint shield"
fees. Car salesman kept insisting that price was nonnegotiable as the price was already 2k under market
value. Told the salesman that the price is not under market value if they charge you about 3k on top of the
price in alarm/paint fees that are not disclosed anywhere on the listing. The only way they said they would
take the additional fees completely off was if I financed through the dealership. How is financing at a higher
rate than my credit union âhelping me outâ when I would end up paying even more through the life of the
loan at higher rate?

They didn’t have the details as well as the pictures of the vehicle that we like . However the sales consultant Jason Cruz was awesome. He showed us many others vehicles within our budget and needs. He is very sincere and helpful. We are definitely recommend this dealership

I had to drive out the way to get there, I live Inglewood but it was well worth. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend even if you live far from the dealership.

I never visited this dealer, as I accidentally pushed a button on a car on its lot. Although the dealer didn’t hassle me too much with emails, they didn’t over do it

The sales force was all great, especially Angelo Hu. I Should have checked into the “plus fees” deal earlier in the game though, it turned out to be over $1000.00. That said we’re glad we got the car which was as advertised in miles & condition.

They replied immediately via email after inquiring and I received price updates.
I received a reply about 24 hours after contacting, and spoke with an Internet
Sales Manager , who told me that a previous advertised price would no
longer be honored, and that the price was now $1200 higher, and non-
negotiable. He agreed to contact me if the price changed, but didn't return
either of my phone calls after I received an email notification that the price
had been reduced. Now I see that the car is no longer listed, Unprofessional
all around.

Very responsive and courteous. I was hunting for this model and year, as I
did as much research as I could online. Joseph Green, in charge of online
sales, is nothing but accommodating and knowledgeable; we communicated
off and on for about a week with details, and it was really up to me the whole
time. I did not feel hounded or pressured. I am happy to be a part of DCH for
maintenance of this beautiful car.

We worked with Jacob Harry in internet sales.
He was very responsive, contacted us quickly
and responded to all our emails. He was not
high pressure and explained everything we
asked about. We asked him to present us with
several scenarios and then a few more and he
remained cheerful and gracious. In the end we
bought the car, however, we almost didn't,
even then he didn't pressure us or change
demeanor. We are very satisfied with our

They called but the listed vehicle was incorrect and the price was wrong for the listed vehicle. Not an F Sport so not a deal. Fail.

Lexus of Oxnard is selling a 1999 Lexus ES300 that is
overpriced in the Los Angeles used market.
On Car Gurus, I identified a one year older Lexus ES300 that
has less driven miles (by 20,000), a lower asking price (by
$3,000), and boasts the timing belt has been replaced.
Lexus of Oxnard cannot assure a potential buyer that the timing
belt on their vehicle has been replaced. That replacement
(combined with replacing the water pump) represents a
potential after-sale expense of +$1,200 . . . making their asking
price even less competitive.
I predict Lexus of Oxnard's vehicle will languish on the used
market for many months to come if they insist on sticking to
their original $7,000 asking price.

Dealer responded that someone in management said that having
the car in question on their lot was no a good idea. So the car is no
longer available to me or anyone else. Don't know why this
happened.....bad business!!!!
