Very nice and professional people. I sent in one of the check availability things and they reached out to me within a few hours. One of the salespeople actually even made me a personalized video about the car and all of its features. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I was praying that everything goes smoothly
and the vehicle is in excellent condition
considering the price of the vehicle. I will keep
you updated on the transaction ?? I made the
mistake of taking their word that they had
serviced the vehicle and being told that it had
been done was farthest from the truth after
flying and two Milwaukee from out of state and
then receiving the vehicle, and when I got
home, I found several problems with the
vehicle first one of the key fobs did not work
second the hood struts were shot and would
not hold up the hood terminals on the battery
were bad and when I checked the fluids, I was
a court and a half low on the oil so my 300 and
some plus smile return home somehow I lost
that oil or it wasn’t done. The engine
compartment covers were missing 80% of the
clips to hold the covers in place , and I’m still
continuing my investigations and repairs as I
speak so for my experience dealing with Lexus
dealerships are the cars are great. The
dealerships not.

Very bad experience & not cooperator, I called them to schedule an appointment, the lady answered & I gave her all my information & which State I'm from, I got her
confirmation that they have this over state service, then I got a call 3 hours before the appointment time & the sales rep. was rude & give me totally different info than what I
read it & he suggested to deal with local dealer than them.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS. Had agreed to terms with them on numbers and communicated I was traveling 5 hours one way to purchase the vehicle. The day before my appointment I made sure everything was still good to go via text in the morning and they confirmed we were still good. I booked a hotel room and rented a car to go down and that evening they texted me saying the car was sold. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Took 10 days and multiple phone calls to get a deal sheet put together. Must have had 3 "managers" call me and leave their general
number, not cell. My call backs got a receptionist who put me in voice mail. They seemed to be confused by the concept of driving from
Chicago to Milwaukee to do a deal, which I told them was my plan once we got into striking distance of a deal. Instead they told me twice
that they couldn't deliver the car, which I never asked them to do, but offered to arrange delivery for $1,500. Salesperson could have driven
down to the suburbs of Chicago, done the paperwork, and driven back in my trade in 4 hours. Would have taken 2 hours to do the
paperwork in their store anyway. Never asked nor suggested this idea. Got the impression that they have an old school sales manager who
is "the closer". Waste of time to do business with them. If this is the sales experience, I can't imagine what service must be like.

They were responsive and helpful and the car was as expected. Good experience overall, had some challenges with paperwork and closing the transaction/incorrect VIN numbers but nothing major. This was a used car deal, suspect the final steps of the operation are smoother in a new car deal

They provide virtual tours of the vehicles which is nice. The sales person was communicative. The problem I ran Into though, is that potential out of state buyers need to find and coordinate thier own auto transport. They provide no shipping service nor give a recommendation on a company. As a private buyer, this is a hassle when so many other dealerships will coordinate that for you. Actually every single other dealership I reached out to offered to coordinate shipping. For a Lexus dealership I really expected better services. This cost them the sale.

Great dealer rep. Charlie took care of our needs and wasn’t pushy on extras. Went the extra mile when a signal came up on the Tesla screen that the 12 v battery needed replaced soon. He talked management into paying for that replacement. He even had a dozen red roses for my wife when we picked up the car. Their finance rate was 1.25% lower than Chicago dealers best rate.

The salesperson told me several other people were asking
about the car, to pressure me. Then he started listing extras,
charged me for them,but didn’t do them before delivery. They also
only payed me $3500.00 for a trade in with a car fax value of over
$9000.00. I didn’t see that till later, l wanted that car, and wasn’t
thinking clear because of meds I’m on. My fault.? I’t bugs me but
I love the car. Dream car!!!

After making an appointment to come and see the car I went in to test drive it and we couldn't come to an
agreement, no big deal, so I left and on my way home the manager called me and gave me a lower price. I
told him as I was driving I would go go home talk to my wife and call him back. After I got home the
salesman called me again brfore I could call them back and we agreed on a price over the phone and he
tolded me we had a deal. He mailed me a contract with the agreed upon price and I told him as my wife
still worked full time we would need to come in the next day after she got off work. In the meantime I
secured financing from my bank and transferd money from my online accounts for the down payment.
About 2 hours before we were scheduled to come in the salesman called to tell me they sold the car. I may
be old fashioned but we had a gentlemans agreement over the phone I think what they did was totally
unprofessional and I would never do business with them. Even my bank couldnt b

Best customer services
Was told a vehicle I was interested in was there. Then it wasn’t but coming in. In meantime had probably 3 different people text, another 2-3 different emails, all about the wrong vehicle or they didn’t respond back. Was going to go see it as was told again it cane in. Then right before I left, it again wasn’t. Waste of time, no one knows what’s going on!

these people are ridiculous...they have me drive 1hr nd half just to sell the car while was sitting there when I was told we will have the car waiting for you...The worst dealership I've ever been to...a waste of time and money.

I drove to Milwaukee from Minneapolis...I found the perfect vehicle and
hard to find, found it online....A hardtop convertible. When I arrived to close
the deal it was discovered that the top did not close properly. They put one
of their best techs on it....He did not have the time (was on another time
critical repair) or the right scoping equipment to deal with it, not his
fault...They agreed that if I bought it, to pay for any repairs when I returned
to Minnesota. They did follow through., in fact absorbed a bill for almost
$800. They were professional, caring, honest and great follow through. The
sign of a good dealer is when things don't go perfectly and yet they go the
extra mile..I would recommend them to anyone!!

We had a very positive experience with fair pricing/dealing, knowledgeable personnel, and an immaculate used car. They pay attention to the details and proved trustworthy. This is not the car that we bought, though. We purchased a 2003 ES 300 with 94,000 listed at $12,500.
