I had Andy in pre sale assistng me during my purchase visit. Silvio in Finance and Jeremy, the GM with some questions that I had and they were quick to respond. The customer lounge was vey well kept with rooms for computer work, a library and theatre size lazy boys. During my seach at other dealership for my purchase, this was really relaxing and comfortable with plenty of beverages. The vehicle was delivered to my home by the time that was agreed upon 15 minutes earlier and I was vey happy.

Lexus of Maplewood has contacted me numerous times by email about the LC 500. I am in the market looking at different vehicles and the Lexus LC 500 is one that has my interest. Dealer sent me a lot of imformation on the car. They were persistent in the sale with constant communication. I made a final offer and provided my method of payment of the final price and checked on all additional fees. Only a dealer doc fee was clearly expressed. The salesman called me back and said they could only come down $100 on the car. However they now had insisted a $800 MANDATORY paint and interior protection package raising the price of the car $700 more than the original asking price. I feel this was discriminatory due to the fact i was paying cash rather financing in their arena. This was a bait and switch tactic. That now sticks on to their reputation. DO NOT expect Maplewood Lexus to exhibit integrity. From a cash paying person who expected to be treated equally as someone who has made different financial choices in life I say this.... STAY AWAY FROM MAPLEWOOD LEXUS!!!!

I was pleased with the quick response to inquiry and sales rep notifying that car was sold but would let me know if something similar comes in. Received message next day to call back but we settled on a car already. Overall, good friendly experience.

Sales person, Mitch Chan, very nice guy, eager & helpful. However his manager would not budge on the price although the car was on the lot for over 60 days and transport was estimated between $800-$1000. I was willing to purchase, with a very small price concession.

Great experience. Classy dealership in a league above the competition. Clean cars and showroom. The car I test drove was a very nice a clean car, but not the right one for me. I would recommend this dealership multiple times over.

They didn't respond immediately after I contacted them so I decided to go there to check out the vehicle. Salesman said he tried calling while I was on my way.The vehicle was ready for the test drive and was in the condition they said in the listing. The entire staff from the receptionist, sales people, sales manager , and parts clerk to the tech guy who helped me set up the bluetooth were very professional, polite, friendly and courteous. They were eager to work with making a deal happen and earn my business. Not only did they succeed at that but since I needed a trailer hitch installed I had to come back the next day to pick it up and they had filled the gas tank, not an inexpensive endeavor these days. I had never had as nice of an experience at a dealership before this. I would sincerely recommend giving them a chance to earn your business and am confident that you will be impressed as well.

I was shopping online from out of state and emailed the dealer searching for a certain vehicle with specific options. I asked for their best price. The reply I received stated "Do we have to discount the vehicle 1000, 2000, or 3000 to earn your business?" I asked for the discount in the email and was refused. I would prefer the straight answers, not the come on.
