Dealer frequently requested deposit most likely to freeze the sale price in, the price dropped 2x before the Dealer agreed to take our offer and even then it was 374.00 more than what we wanted to walk out the door with. Besides that I am happy with the car.

I was told someone else was viewing car the day on checked to see if available. Understood if person purchased that was ok, I could not view car for 4 -5 days at earliest. Sales person was upfront with what was happening ...no problem. PQ

The deal was made. I needed to bring a few documents back, the next morning they sold the car! So it's a one star for me. Because I'm a black hard working man, it seemed to me it was a bit of racist treatment.

We got to an agreement on numbers, rather quickly. We then tried to secure financing on your behalf, and you were aware that it would take some time in your case. Sales person Zach was very good… had an appointment several days later to sign paperwork and take the car home. I was told to be there at 3:00 pm then would meet with financial person at 3:30….I waited hours…3 to be exact to see the financial person.. understandably I was not happy and expressed my frustration… really no excuse…. I finally left with my car …

Not professional at all. a few messages were sent asking to hold the car while the car was available,they replied that the title not available yet need about 2weeks and they can’t hold it unless they have the title. A day after they sent me that the car was sold and delivered! Very disappointed!!

Excellent experience! First time buying online and Josh L. allayed all my concerns. He walked me through the entire process, answered every question and concern expeditiously. I asked for more pictures, I had them within minutes. Picking up the car was a breeze and we were made to feel completely comfortable. The car is more than we could have hoped for. So happy we happened on IRA Lexus of Manchester. They have also already reached out to make sure we are happy with our experience. It was well worth the 6 hour drive to pickup our new to us Acadia. Couldn’t be more pleased. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle, I will start at IRA Lexus.

I sent an inquiry at 1am and received an email when I woke up. I called and spoke with Stephanie, went over a few questions that I had. She sent me all of the links that i needed to apply for financing and to secure a trade in offer for my vehicle and by dinner time I was on my way to pick up my new vehicle! She was fantastic to work with and stayed beyond closing time to make sure I was taken care of. I had two of my children with me and she gave them snacks and drinks while I went through the financial aspects. The finance manager, Sovy Sun, was also amazing to work with. I came pre-approved for the funding needed, but she was able to actually find me another bank that was offering 2% less interest rate than I expected to have! My credit is not strong and I had a prior repo from a few years ago, but she was still able to get me a great rate and payment. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would definitely do the 3+ hour round trip again to purchase my next vehicle!

"Car was sold 5 minutes ago"...upon arrival after our 2 hour drive for a scheduled appointment to test drive the vehicle. We had had several back and forth communications regarding our interest in the vehicle and scheduling a test drive in light of our 4 hr round trip. We were aware of previous reviews identifying "car being sold " upon their arrival , but assumed that our back and forth communications regarding our interest in the car, their knowledge of our 4 hr round trip, had insured that "the car being sold 5 minutes ago" would not be our experience ....the car looked beautiful, listing appeared accurate ??...car remained on cargurus for 2-3 weeks following our visit to test drive the already sold vehicle. Sounds like others have had a similar experience with this dealership. Unfortunately, I would not return to do business with this dealership in the future. The drive was beautiful though!

A complete waste of time driving to NH to test drive this car. I sent them 3 different cars I wanted to test drive that were available, but when I got there they only had this one. I would have actually purchased it but instead I was stuck waiting there for 2 hours. I'm glad I didn't end up buying it.

They could have sold me the Lexus RX 350 the day I showed up at their dealership but they were stuck on their "no haggle price" No middle ground, a take it or leave it approach.. I realise they have a process for selling a vehicle to include reducing the price if a car doesn't sell and they will reduce the price at some point, surprised it hasn't happened yet. I purchased the exact same 2019 vehicle with the same mileage, same options, & clean fax report for $38,620 All I did was drive a little further south....

Drove up there on a Sunday and test drove vehicle. I left my vehicle information for a trade in quote but they didn’t get back to me until 2 days later to tell me the vehicle was sold. But overall it was a good communication. Wish they would have been a little faster so i wouldn’t lose the vehicle. I would still do business with them in the future. Alexandria was very nice.

After we agreed on a price at dealer then I was informed the dealer advertised certification was an error . The LEXUS dealer manager would not change his mind . I walked away even after they reluctantly offered the certification. I felt insecure about the vehicle’s reliability since they had not done the 130 point inspection done for certified vehicles. I was surprised a Lexus Dealer acted in this manor. I wasted a day & $200.00in expenses .paid a driver who came to drive my vehicle back to nyc. Worst dealer experience I ever .

I had a great experience with this dealership! They responded right away, and Anita answered all of my questions before I came in to test drive the car. The car was exactly as advertised, and they lowered the price on carguru the night before I got there. I knew it was a good deal, and they didn’t make me haggle. They threw in a detailing and wash while I was waiting for the sale to finalize, as well as buffing out the scratches. They handled the registration for me, and called me the day after the sale to see how it was going. I really had a pleasant experience, and would recommend buying a car from Ira Lexus!

I contacted this dealership before arriving. I made it clear I was just there for a test drive of a used nx. I was grilled for 20-30 minutes about financing, trade in, money down etc before I was even allowed to drive the vehicle. I was not impressed.

Very nice people! They got back to me right away and were ready for me at our agreed upon time. Fred the salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Lexus, and showed me a few things about the car I may have not noticed myself. Was polite. Scheduled a test drive for vehicle in the AM of one day, got a call back around 5pm same day saying that the vehicle already sold. Such is life. But the real kicker is that the listing is still up on CarGurus?

I call before to go there like 3 times because I was 2 hour away, wen I arrive they just told me the car was sold. They made waste time and money for nothing...Not good

Seemed fine via phone and email conversations, but unwilling to budge on pricing of a used vehicle at all and they aren't a Lexus Plus dealer with fixed pricing.

Roscoe immediately responded to my request. I went to the dealer a day before my appointment and was greeted professionally. Roscoe took care of my needs and what was most important to me. He made sure I was happy along with Wendy the Finance Manager. No pressure great overall experience. I would and have recommended Ira Lexus of Manchester. Where everyone greets you and makes you feel like you own the place.

Sam Sula at Ira Lexus has been absolutely top drawer to deal with! Spotted a preowned Cadillac DTS in which I was interested, drove it and was concerned about a few minor issues with the car. Sam was very attentive to my concerns and assured me that they would be addressed promptly. Then Ed the general manager came in and offered me a deal I could not refuse, even though I told him that I needed to think about it for a day. It was a no- brainer!! Very professional dealership and staff... No high pressure tactics! I've not been treated this well by Cadillac dealers!!! Highly recommend Ira Lexus of Manchester!! Ask for Samsntha Sula! :))

Normally the car buying experience is a very unpleasant experience when you go to a dealership but I must say that IRA Lexus was great. Very friendly staff. No pressure sales and our salesman Mohamed was very nice, no pressure, laid back and very easy to work with and Jose in the business office was very friendly and explained everything to us in a manner that we could understand We worked out a deal and purchased the vehicle for my wife and she loves it. I would definitely buy from them again

A sales consultant sent me an email within an hour. I visited the dealership the next day and purchased the 2013 LS 460. I received a great deal. It was a delight to work with the Sales Consultant who was very professional and had a great personality. I would gladly recommend this dealership to family and friends especially the Sales Consultant, Emma Tolland.

After I spend 3 hours driving with my friends to see the car that they told me they have it .suddenly when I reached showroom they told me just sold now and they try bush me to select other car the worst thing before I arrived 20 minutes they called me and asked that Are you coming car is ready for test drive !!!!!!!

After driving 1 hour for my appointment, the car could not be found. Told that it was at a dealer in Massachusetts but he had no record of it either. Not sure how this happens in this day and age.
