I never really liked buying cars from a dealer, but this time the process was worth it. I feel I got a great car, and my expierence with them was good. I just wish they would've cleaned the car the day of my appointment to see it. I would've seen a few more things on the car a little bit clearer. All in all a good transaction.

Loved the car and the Salesperson helping me. The 2020 car had approx. 40,000
miles on it. I was comparing it to a 2021 model with approx. 16,000 miles. I chose
the Lexus with fewer miles at Lexus of Farmingdale. Veronica at Lexus of Freeport
was excellent when exploring the Lexus at their showroom.

I wound up going in a different direction but the salesman was really nice. If he had the car I wanted I'd certainly buy it from him
a person from the dealership called me right away and told me that I have to
deposit the money ( 400$) to talk to the sales person because all sales
people are busy so I have to show my sincerity. And then finally when i talk
to the salesperson, the salesperson told me that the advertised price is the
fantastic deal only for the financing ( in the advertisement, it didn't say so) so i
have to pay 2000$ more if I pay cash to buy the car. THE WORST
experience EVER....
The salesman was very pushy and manipulative. Although we had many
years selling cars he is very new to Lexus and knew less about the car than I
did as an informed consumer.
I purchased my last Lexus from this dealership and had an excellent
experience. My assumption is that they are still a very good place and I just
had a bad experience from the salesman

We bought a used car from this dealer. You must be extremely vigilant when inspecting your choice, and even after you purchase it prior to signing the paperwork and taking possession. Tires were worn way beyond the actual milage of the car. When we picked it up there was no spare in the trunk. Lots of misinformation from the dealer, they didn't even know the details of the extended warranty. Buyer beware!!!!
