2 minutes after I received an email about this vehicle they told me it was sold. Then they called me the next day to say it wasn't sold but the price had gone up $400 dollars over the price posted on CarGurus. I told him I wasn't interested anymore

Dealer was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time scheduled me for a car viewing showed up to the car already being sold prior to my arrival. Asked to see another car that was listed on their website and they said we could not view it because it was being inspected still.

Dealer was fine. Car sold before I could make the trip to the dealership. I was a serious buyer with a large down payment & good credit. Wish I would have been offered a better opportunity to purchase before it sold w a retainer fee OR something.

This was probably one of if not the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership! Where to begin? I received a response fairly quickly, but then a series of staff all contacted me (a total of 5!) about the car. What the heck?? Nobody seemed to really want to help, all saying what someone else had already said to me, and circular emails back and forth, with me telling them every time that I wanted to proceed with the purchase and then the same person or another would respond with a nonsensical, unhelpful, or repetitive reply to something I had already responded to. I asked for photos; never received them. I asked to be contacted by text and was ignored but instead was sent emails. I was sent a hype-y and hokey video about scarcity using my name I’d told them right at the get-go that I don’t use. I was told someone had sent me the photos, but they weren’t in the email. I was pre approved for financing but was told I had to complete THEIR application for it, but never got it.

I really like the car Dealer: no, we don’t allow that, no arrangements can be made before inspections, car is new in the lot Me: ok, but can you call me whenever you are done with the inspection? Dealer: yes, of course Afternoon, dealer calling Hi, you were interested in the car, unfortunately it is sold. We are finalizing the paperwork Me: how come, you supposed to call me, as promised Dealer:are you interested in any other car? Me: no, {thinking #$*%%^!!!!!}

They refused my PRE-APPROVAL OFFER from WESTLAKE to sale the car to me claiming they have to pay some money to whom They did not say. I wanted to BUY that CAR so BAD if they would only write me an offer, insite of it's high mileage. I paid off my ML350 4Matic 2011 2 years and loved the 2015 model.

The dealer rep was great. We test drove the Lexus UX. We realized it was a little too small for our needs. Isaac Campbell, had us test drive the next size up, Lexus NX Hybrid. It was great. We picked a soon to arrive car that just landed in Oregon off the boat. It should be here in 7- 10 days. Can't wait!!!

I drove the car that I wanted and really liked it but there were several hundred dollars in add ons that I wouldn’t pay because I didn’t think they added value to the car. Part of the extra fees was for refurbishing or cleaning the car which is ridiculous.

Beware of lots of extra fees in your invoice like a $1295 paint protection and $269 sanitization, $149 wheel locks, $298 door edge protection, $130 nitrogen in the tires, $244 location tracking. Dealer refused to honor price and fees as advertised, very dishonest business practices.

Unfortunate: actual car price was $2000 MORE when I arrived, their internet concierge ghosted me on the appointment I made to view the car [needed directions], and the trade-in value was almost $6000 less than their internet KBB window had stated. So, right off the bat, we were off by $8000 against me. We won't go back there ever again, for 90 miles round trip of manure.

I made a inquire regarding a 2017 Lexus ES 350 with a list price of $26,000, a sale person contacted me a few days later and gave me additional information about the car. I was interested in making arrangements to see the car and purchase the vehicle. However, the sale person informed me that an additional $1,800 would be added for dealer installed items. I told him that I wasn't interested in these add-ons. I understand some additional costs, but $1,800 is way overboard and I consider this deceptive advertisement.

My wife and I made an appointment two days before to meet the salesman and test drive the vehicle. We arrived an hour earlier from a nearby city. We asked to see the car and a different salesman said he would check it out and bring it up for us. Waiting, the salesman came back and apologized. The vehicle was sold the night before. They offered others to look at, we were not interested. Bait and switch?

Dealer rep contacted me and was good answering my questions, but I asked them about out the door costs and discovered that they had more 'add on' fees than I wanted to pay. While they eventually removed some of the fees, It was a long process. I was turned off by their practice of adding fees that weren't (in my opinion) necessary.

Wow! What a great experience. THAT is how car shopping should be. Very respectful, no games, no trying to sell you something you don't want. Jill Johns was a pleasure to work with. I found the car on Car Gurus and had to drive an hour to view it so we did most of our business through email. The car was prepped and ready when we arrived to test drive it. I even got a dozen roses with my purchase. All-in-all, Lexus of Brookfield was great.

To many dealer addons that you do t want. They do not try to negotiate at all. I was willing to by the car for a higher price but not pay for the Napelton experience $1400. They would not remove it. Instead after a week they lower the car price more when they told me they couldn't t go lower. Very bad dealer to buy a car from. The seem dishonest. I recommend go somewhere else.

I was contacted very quickly and Nate, the Internet Manager, was very easy going and great to work with! We ended up purchasing a Pre- Owned vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield. We observed they had a great selection of vehicles to look at and also the prices are much lower than the other dealers we were looking at. I definitely recommend working with Nate and working with Lexus of Brookfield. Great job, guys!

Dealer got back to me quickly but said car didn’t pass inspection. I asked if I could see it anyway. No response. Sales manager followed up a couple days later. I asked him the same question. No response. I see the car is still listed on their site. Kind of shady.

Dealership was accommodating, responsive and helpful. They were straightforward about what they could, or could not, offer. The trade offer on my current vehicle was on the very low end of KBB value. Offers from other dealers were on the high end of KBB value.

I would rate them a zero if possible. I set an appointment to look at a XT5 and even called to confirm a few hours ahead of time. I ended up waiting for the salesperson to show up and was assured he was on his way. Then I was told (after waiting for an hour) I was told they didn't know where the salesman was and that the car wasn't available!!! This is the worst I have ever been treated at a car dealership! I did end up buying a $50,000 car later that day from a different dealer. Lexus Brookfield lied to me and didn't care at all. I would not buy anything from these guys - very poor business.....

Said they would be able to finance me with money down and a cosigner. Got both and drove an hour and a half there then told me they couldn't finance me unless I have them 5500 and my trade in. I don't think they even tried. That was my dream car..

Our Finance Manager's do everything they can to get customers approved with financing.  Unfortunately, we don't determine how much, if any at all, is required as a down payment for approval, the lenders have that deciding factor.  There is an option to add a co-signer to assist with financing but with that there is still a chance the lenders are requesting money

From the time we hit the door until the moment we left, service was extraordinary. Our salesman was Kevin. Very professional yet down to earth and easy to talk to. He worked with us to get us the price that worked for us and the car we wanted. Experiences with two other car dealers in Racine could not match the 5 star way he treated us. Happy campers and the car is beautiful.

We called dealer on Saturday to come see the Acura and was told it wasn’t ready to be shown yet but would be on Monday. Monday afternoon I emailed asking if Acura was sold and received an email stating no it wasn’t and if I’d like to come in tonight and see it. I was close by and stopped in 30 minutes later only to be told by the guy that sent the email (Kevin) that he’s sorry car is still being serviced!!!! Really disappointed in lack of professionalism!!!

Good experience overall they contacted me promptly made sure the vehicle was ready when i came for the test drive. I purchased the vehicle had a issue with the AWD they looked at it couldnt figure it out they took it to a local Jeep dealer who also couldnt diagnose the issue and told me not to worry even though the service manager told me he noticed it as well... so fingers crossed all is good.

It was on a whim that we stopped at Lexus of Brookfield to look at a Yukon XL that we found listed online. To be quite clear, we are not even close to the normal clientele that Lexus dealers have walk through their doors. But we were made to feel just the same as thought we had arrived to spend $60,000 on a car instead of $18,000 on a used SUV. I was very happy with the overall experience. They even gave me a dozen roses when it was all said and done! I would recommend Lexus of Brookfield to anyone and everyone!

I LOVED this dealership!!! I searched high and low for a car for three months and it just seemed everything was either out of my price range or not my style. Lexus was my final stop. I walked in to meet with Grover and was in and out within less that 90minutes. Right away I met with the finance manager and told him my goals for a payment and interest rate and he structured my loan around those goals. I got everything I wanted in a car AND they gave me a great appraisal for my trade in. Better than ANY other dealer had to offer INCLUDING the dealership I bought it from. I'd refer any and everyone to this dealership who is in search of a great quality car and superb customer service! The whole team at Lexus of Brookfield took great care of me. I can't wait to go back and buy another vehicle from them.
