Even though I didn’t buy this car I appreciate the first-class service by the dealership. One of the only dealers that will hold a used car with a $1000 refundable deposit. Great car just a little out of our price range. I would definitely give this dealer a chance.

I went to this dealer after inviting me to come and drive the car. After keeping me waiting for a good 15 minutes the sales person comes out to tell me that the car was not ready to be seen. I wasted most of my afternoon getting there for him to tell me that! This dealer will not be seeing me in the future for any car!

The experience with this dealership was a complete disaster and hopefully one I will never have to experience again. The sales rep refused to
consider negotiating the asking price of the auto as he proceeded to inform me that only Lexus corporation establishes the prices for vehicles
based on their corporate pricing and algorithms, therefore negotiation could not be entertained. Obviously, that is a complete fabrication. He
wouldn't even answer my question but instead quoted his company position of being a "no hassle, no haggle" dealership. He then proceeded
to send me the pricing sheet which revealed the total price of the vehicle was $50.3K (TTL and fees) but followed that up with an email stating
the price was $51.3K. Although this vehicle met many of the requirements and features, I was looking for, the sales representative is not a
trustworthy representative of this dealership's product to potential customers.

Overall sales experience was fairly smooth. We were in and out with the car we wanted within 3 hours. It probably would have been a 4 or 5 star experience if I didn’t have to tell the finance guy over and over and over again that we didn’t want any of the extended “warranty coverage” he kept pushing on me. We were there to buy a car but he seemed much more interested in selling us any kind of “warranty coverage” you can think of, even some type of windshield warranty coverage . Anyway, just be prepared for them to pitch all kinds of extras in the finance office. I finally had to tell him we were only there to buy a car and nothing else or we were leaving

I went to look at a car and liked it we agreed on a price they told me they were going to put new tires and do a service and detail it and I could pick up the next day . The next they called me and said they would not honor the price that we agreed on and said I would have to pay $4000 more then we agreed on . Will never do business here again !!

Overall, it was a great experience. Salesperson was nice and accommodating. The General Manager
allowed for a $100 reduction in price that I asked for due to a service item needed. The finance agent
helped my wife get the loan she needed. And gave her good price for extended service contract. The
waiting area was extremely nice with various snacks & drink to offer. Finally, the detail people did a great
job of cleaning interior/exterior & filling the tank of our new ride.
The only hiccup was them getting our proof of insurance for completed paperwork.

Originally I dealt with a saleswoman by the name of Jae. This car was priced at
33K. My Credit Union informed me that the car was overpriced. Jae and her
Sales Manager Anthony Scala was not willing to lower the price or offer to find
me another car. They were quick to give me their company B***S*** policy. "No
Hassle No Negotiation" spill. The very next day I found the same car and color
(nightfall mica) at a different dealership for $26K and only 23k
miles. I purchased the car online on 09/08/20 and it was delivered to my home on 09/11/20.

If you're working with Neda Zarghami just take your money and run. I've submitted my
application twice because it was lost. Then she didn't reach back out and contact me to let
me know anything regarding the application did not process. I had to reach out to this
person and they told me I'm with a customer I'll get back with you in 30 minutes... guess
what 30 minutes later... nothing. The vehicle was sold because of her ability to
communicate. Like I said if you get NEDA ZARGHAMI just take your money and go else
where. This place is a joke as far as communication goes.

Rock, salesman, from Sterling McCall Lexus, was most helpful and patient. We purchased
the 2019 NX300 FWD. On our fist visit the dealer did not have the ca that met all our specifications; but Rock did not rest until he found the exact car, with options that we wanted.He was very knowledgeable and professional; a sales experience that my wife and I enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone who plans to purchase in the near future.

Sales Representative was attentive and friendly. Very nice and did his very best to make a good deal. I rank mine as OUTSTANDING !!!
Unfortunately, Sales Manager was rigid and unwilling to meet MY CarFax reported $$ fair dollar value for trade-in vehicle.
I advise all potential customers to be aware of CarFax on any trade-in's PRIOR to closing. DON'T close based upon Sales Rep's 'verbal
agreements'. Sales Manager can and will revoke any pre-agreements made by your Sales Rep.

Poor Interaction. The dealer is non-negotiable. The price you see is the price you pay. Found at least 20 or 30 deals with fewer miles for
cheaper than their asking price. This car I looked at has a rear main seal leak and a cam seal leak. Total of which is $900-1000 to fix.
Refused to negotiate with the price. almost 2 grand over retail value. Would never purchase a car from them with their attitude and
arrogance on the phone. I'm honestly shocked Lexus would sell a car needing repairs like this. My local Lexus dealer was shocked when I
spoke to them about my experience with these people. They have agreed to negotiate with me and search for a vehicle and will not turn
down a reasonable offer for what they find. At least there are good dealerships out there. just not this one.

Horrible. I had an ‘appointment’ and we drove two hours to see this vehicle. Salesman was offering us coffee etc all the while knowing the vehicle was being sold to someone else. He knew I was coming and never bothered to let us know someone else was looking at it. He was just trying to stall to see if the other buyers’ financing would go through.

I received multiple calls from this dealership and made an appointment to test drive the Lexus GX listed for sale , five minutes before my arrival I received a phone call telling the vehicle was not ready yet , the mechanics were looking at it, I was told in three more days it will be ready, 2 days later an email came to inform this listing was an error, the dealership never had this vehicle , I do not recommend this dealership .

Deceptive. Car was being sold “as is.” Was not told this before the test drive. The price was comparable to others by type, mileage, and year- nothing to indicate the car was undriveable. Front bearings shot, two engine mounts on driver side broken. A real low for this dealer.

Esther was great sales person...knowledgeable and very nice. The GX was ok. Not a car for me. As we were to test drive the Lexus 350, the battery for 2 of the cars were dead, and had to be jumped. Made me wonder how long these cars were idle there.

When I initially contacted the dealer I was immediately told the car was not available and was being sold to another dealership. Then miraculously a few hours later it was available. I had already moved on. Sales agent was okay but then once the car was now available, the calls became more frequent.

This dealership is awesome! They contacted me as soon as I left the message. I have been going back and forth with one of the salesmen and he has answered every question that I had in a timely manner. He even sent me the work that the dealership did on the vehicle.
