The advertised price does not include nearly $3000 in non-negotiable add-ons. The dealer representative contacted me in a timely manner and was professional, but only provided a portion of the requested information.

The dealer contacted us immediately. The car wasn’t ready yet, but they said they would contact us the day it became available. Three days later the car was available for a test drive and we bought it that evening

These people were so dishonest. I called to look at a car they and they were very nice. Eva made an appointment to see the car the next day at noon. She emailed me that morning to confirm I was coming. At noon I arrived and all of a sudden, she told me that that car was gone. I was very disappointed having driven all the way there. So she had her “Partner “come out and he immediately just brushed off that I’ve driven all that way to see the specific car and he just started showing me another car. I told him that I had come, specifically for that car, because it was the right color and had the features I wanted. He just brushed off my concern. I found it very rude and unprofessional. It was obvious then that they had sold the car the day before, and then just figured I would drive out and they could talk me into something else. So dishonest and disrespectful. And knowing that they were so dishonest about this, you have to wonder what else they’re lying about. Would never go there again

Even thought the car was not accurately describe the costumer service was very good. They let us take the car for a drive event though we were very late to our appointment and they were about to close. I don’t feel comfortable buying a car from this dealership because they wrote in the description a bugger side battery which puts the car in a higher rating and appears as a GREAT value, which is not!!!
Eva from sales was very kind. Patty from finance was super helpful, Linda at the service department was amazing. And Jay service manager went above and beyond every step of the way!
I highly recommend this dealership!

Never do business with this dealer. The salesperson is so great. The salesperson worked
with me until midnight for information, price, shipment, and paper work. The next day the
salesperson tell us that " Due to the high demand and availability of these cars they want
to sell the car locally for the first 30 days" . We understood that it is their car they can do
whatever they want, but why they don't tell us from begging? it wasted out time.

Poor. In my case the car had body and paint damage all over. You could tell they tried to dent pull and respray some parts of the car. When asking about it the salesman I spoke with claimed he sees nothing wrong. I felt as if I was a bother when I showed up for a test drive and too look at the car. May be that specific day or just bad salesman, but I did not have a good experience.

The salesman Chris was the most difficult person to deal with. He had many great qualities to say about himself. He told me he always does his homework, he wouldn’t sell a car that he wouldn’t purchase. I kept asking questions about scratches on the car and he told me there were none. I contacted the manager and asked some questions. Then I asked Chris to FT with me so I could point out the scratches. He avoided the areas. I’d ask him to go back and move down but he avoided the area. He just went right past them. The car was either a FWD or RWD. Later I found out these cars are only sold in warm weather states with no snow or ice. He knew the state where I live and we have snow and ice and he never disclosed that. Lexus in the state where I live ONLY sell AWD. Then when I began working with the Lexus dealership where I live, I was informed Lexus was running a NATIONWIDE interest special on new 2019. Chris said the best interest rate he could get for me was 5%! I bought a 2019 at 0.9%

85,000 miles is still like new. The only reason I want a newer ES is for the additional features on a road trip. Lexus makes extremely reliable &

Everyone at Lexus of El Cajon was extremely helpful in getting us into our new RX350. Eva was so nice and continues to be, over the phone and email (even after the sale). I would definitely buy from them again. Great experience!
Excellent response by Martin Mikha. The pictures of the vehicle were many which showed ALL views at every angle for a nice representation of the vehicle. Although I did not buy this Porsche 911, I would highly recommend based on their quick responses, detailed pictures, and follow up emails. I’m still looking for the right car at the right price, and Lexus El Cajon is definitely on my list.

The Carfax had no history for the car before 56k miles, like it dropped out of
the sky. It looks to be a damaged car, maybe something from Hurricane
Harvey being sold as a great deal. Beware.
