Levittown Ford treated me great!
I went to look at the truck and was very interested but not ready to buy at that moment, told the young man I
needed to look into financing. I believe it was a Thursday, the young man reached out to me the following
Thursday to see if I was still interested and I told him yes, then he tells me it was sold. I was very
disappointed. Then I was told the buyer was having issues and it may not be sold. Then I got a call from
someone else at the dealer and was told it was still available, I went so far as to get pre-approved for a loan
on my own.
Seems like there is a communication problem at this dealer.
If the truck was available, I would have purchased it....

Shady as they come raised the price as soon as I booked a test drive. Plus the car's bumper was falling off and was clearly in an accident which wasn't noted avoid this place like the plague.

They were very prompt with emails and phone calls. Very understanding on the phone.
Although it was the car I was looking for, an office Girl called me just to let
me know they received my inquiry. They were not interested in selling an
older car, despite it's excellent condition. They sold the car to a wholesaler
without even showing it to me. If it's not a near new car that will sell for top
dollar, they just aren't interested. I've never dealt with a Dealer that didn't
even want to try, to put me into a car for a test drive... until Levittown Ford.
Apparently satisfying a customer is NOT their top priority!

Went on a Thursday night. The dealership had one salesperson working his name was Al. He did a great job juggling my brother ( who purchased a brand new F-150 ) while trying to help me. The car I was looking at wouldn't start and when I was emailed by Barbara about my experience she apparently thought I was at the service center in Bethpage. Horrible customer service

The dealership and employees are very professional and helpful. Very nice location. Took vehicle on a test drive. We sat down with salesman and agreed on price and we were ready to purchase BUTT dealership charges a $800 DEALER PREP FEE ON A USED CAR!
BUYER BEWARE! $1000 in fees is unacceptable for a used vehicle. I was very disappointed. They would not budge on this aweful fee. What they don't understand is that if you finance a vehicle, you are also paying interest on this fee and it only increases for the duration of the loan. They would not reduce or remove this rediculous fee. I walked out just as we agreed on price because they slapped the "dealer prep fee" on top Of documentation fee and title fee. They lost a customer and I will warn anyone who will listen to NOT PAY THIS FEE OR WALK AWAY!!!!

We raise and lower prices every day based on the market conditions of the vehicle. This is very similar to any retail store that may or may not have coupons based on the given month.

Bought the car. Quite efficient and smart during the deal. But when I had a
problem with the car the day after, I had to call 5 times, nobody returned my
calls and finally they asked me to come back because they had to check the
car. Pre Owned Certified... In the end I found a solution on my own. I will for
sure not go there anymore

Very first in many dealerships that I went too, they were super friendly and very descriptive on all their choices & help my choose which choice was better in my budget . They explained everything in full detail. Great Dealership , would recommend to anyone aiming to get a car.

Beware - prices advertised have
a $800 "dealer fee" added on top.
I called twice to verify price and
features of the vehicle before
driving three hours to buy the car,
only to get there and find out
about the bait and switch fee.
They then said they would wave
the fee, but valued my trade in as
being a third of the written
purchase offer I had from
CarMax. After an hour of
haggling, they finally "came
down" to the advertised price and
the previously appraised value of
my trade in. Not a bad deal, but
in the end I walked out because I
can't buy a used car from people
I don't trust.

The dealer called and responded by email within 24 hours of
my contacting them (pro). They kept trying to get me to
come in to look at their inventory after I had told them that I
was only looking for the specific model I contacted them and
made an offer about for my spouse. Based on their
interactions, it seemed like their advertisement was simply a
bait and switch and they were looking to get people to come
in.

The staff at the the dealership were great: they new which car
I had come to see; when the appointed salesman couldn't
help me, another was found quickly. Most of my questions
were answered, the test drive was easily arranged. The
process slowed when it came to financing options: a glitch in
the online system; therefore, I spent about 1.5 hours longer
than I had anticipated. No pressure sale; I left a refundable
deposit, and took the next few days to purchase. A great deal
in this used car.

Bought a 2012 chevy equinox with
66,000 + miles. Drse home from
the dealer,about 50 miles,parked
the car to get some food,got back
in the car. The car engine shut off
2 times as i was leaving my
parking spot, then the check
engine light came on. Fortunately i
was around the corner from my
house. I called the Levittown Ford
they were closed for the day. I
called the following day (sunday)
I was told they would arrange
towing. I called again monday
morning and was givin the number
to the towing service to call
directly. The towing company told
me they don't tow out of
Manhattan, which is where i live.
Levittown Ford also said they were
short on loaner cars and i should
take the car to my mechanic to
find out what the prolem is.

bought the vehicle ..however fee's brought the price up so you really dont get a good deal and they didnt gas up the car as i would hoped considering i invested 600 miles and 4 tolls there was to appreciation other then a thank you when i handed over the money.
this is my 5th vehicle i bought cash off a dealer over 20k but this place was cold didnt leave me smiling every avenue was a disappoitment with no rectifying it. atleast i was offered water

Called them twice about 2 different cars both times the info was wrong.
The millage was miss represented on one and the price on the other. I
would no recommend this dealer.
