Advertised a vehicle they didn't ultimately offer
for sale. After going back and forth texting
asking for pictures of the vehicle, the used
sales manager made the decision to not offer
the vehicle for sale. This should be done prior
to posting this on websites. Don't post a
vehicle you're not prepared to sell.
Was treated with courtesy and respect. But it all comes down to numbers and even though we were only $50 apart on monthly payments. I was given the best offer but just not enough for me to feel a deal could get done. It's why I give it 4 stars. But wanted to say that it was still a great experience

I asked them two questions regarding the vehicle, it took 3 days before they
got back to me. When they did they continued to promote the dealership and
not answer my questions. So I said we are done thank you again

The distance to the dealership was a little to far to go see this car. However, they contacted me many times by email and phone to keep me updated about the vehicle and to see if I was still interested in seeing it. All conversations were very nice with them.

Working with Martin Stab was a real pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. He was very down to earth, had a nice way about him and took care of all my questions & concerns.
Jerry in finance was also very pleasant & knowledgeable. I liked the fact that there were no high pressure, pushy sell tactics.

Just bought a certified car from this dealer, and I love it but getting it from them involved a serious haggle process. In negotions they were extremely deceptive trying to say that the price I had seen on the internet wasn't valid, instead they tried to start with the sticker price that was on the car when I got there. There were even hidden fees that weren't mentioned until we got there.
However, after dancing around the price we got them to absorb the hidden fees and got the price down. But it took 3 hours.
When I took my car to the mechanic we went online and checked the CarFax and realized that this dealer and had sold the car super close to the manufacturer's price DESPITE it's history. And I even checked on Car Gurus and saw that after I bought it they lowered the price selling the SAME CAR I JUST BOUGHT for $800 less!
They're like fishermen with a pretty enticing worm on their hook, but remember if you bite it could be death...
So if you go to buy a car from them, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST so they don't take advantage of you. They try to use scare tactics by saying other people are looking at the car and tell you that they're the only ones that have what you are looking for.
But if you come with your negotiation game strong and a lot of patience until you get the manager to come out and meet you face to face, then you'll do just fine.

Went a different route.
They advertised a car for sale on their website with
transmission listed as unknown then I called and not
one person I spoke to knew or can find out, hello go
outside and look in a window lol I spoke to 6
different people including the sales manager who
couldn't answer either..sad
Ended up going to another dealer and lucky enough
they could answer everything I asked.
My experience with this dealer is over.

We bought a 2010 Hyudai Elantra,it was so clean it looked like a new car inside and out,they did the paper work, Yes i would buy their again, good people.
