They responded immediately, by email and message. Very polite and respectful. I decided not to purchase because the XLT model will not appear as a 2025 and felt funny buying an automobile model that's no longer in production

Dealership responded quickly and we test drove car.
Unfortunately we decided on another purchase elsewhere.

Real-time communication beginning to end. JP my sales dealer handled my purchase and being I came out of state I got off my flight, met JP and experienced genuine appreciation and the same streamlined process in person. I’d buy another great deal if I see one from here.

Coast Honda responded right away. Their online sales team did their job. We did not come to an agreement on the
price , but that shouldnt have a negitive rating on their online dealings. I didnt purchase anything, but I would not
hesitate reaching out if i thought a deal with them made sense. Robin responded promtly to all my emails and
answered all questions. Good job.
