Outstanding service and attention… I came in to look at the vehicle and within 3 hrs I was out of the dealership and pick I’ll pick the vehicle up the next day! Lavert, my salesperson, was outstanding and efficient! Great rapport and service!

They should list the vehicles at the actual purchase prices instead of with all employee discounts. Actual price is aprox 10k more than what vehicle is listed for.

Sent email to dealer regarding a vehicle. Was assigned a used car agent. Communication was severely lacking from my assigned agent. Being 400 miles from the dealers location, I had to rely on my agent to describe the condition of the vehicle and requested additional pics that never came, and no further communication from the agent. My thought was that the vehicle had been sold, however, it's still listed on their website. Would have liked to make a deal, but I'm going to chase an agent that's unresponsive.

Test drove, agreed on price , reviewed all documents and mechanics report that it passed inspection, dealer said brakes, trans, everything was in safe working condition. 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, car started smoking, pulled over had towed to shop (dealership closed) where it remains. Emailed, called, multiple times, zero response to my concerns, not even a call back.

This info in this post is wrong. The Saturn was an AS-IS, no warranty car. The problems this low dollar car had was gone over with the customer. The customer signed off on the AS-IS and the list of issues. This car is NOT at the dealership and has never been back. The salesperson found out about the car having problems after the 1 month follow up call. We do sell cars for under $3000 and they are listed as is, with no warranty. Customers are told this at the time of test drives and as they sign all the documents in our F&I team.

The worse service over an internet deal. The dealership sent the car without any of the documentation for the state of Texas so I could not register my car and I paid for a temporary tag and that was also missing from the paperwork the temporary tag came to days later. I had to pay for another temp tag for TX. In addition, the salesman would not return emails nor phone calls.

Sorry to hear about the troubles, but the major hold up was the amount of time it took your banks check to clear...... We can not release paper work or the car until funds are clear. This is a problem we see on out of state deals from time to time, that don't use our financing. As far as the salesperson not getting back to you as often as you needed, I am looking into that now. Our line of communication with you needs to be better then it seems to have been.

I was having alot of back & forth via email then it stopped.The salesman must of had a day off ( I assume) no reply for a day and was in contact again I was told there was another buyer coming in from out of state to buy it so I should come down right away and buy it . Don't always want to believe these stories

I would never do business with them. After I called about a car they made an appointment with me. On the day of the appointment I called the sales guy given to me to confirm that the car was still there for me to see. The idiot told me they sold it two days ago so why did I have an appointment? Never go there. I should have first opportunity.

Where do I start? He just did not listen to my question and an2it accordingly. He would give a one read reply. From the initial phone conversation it was not good. And then when my husband and I came in to test drive a car that just sealed the deal that I was not bad for him! He was not listening to what I was asking.

Horrible service. Delayed in returning phone calls, inattentive to the customer, and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Didn't purchase the vehicle because they sold it to someone else... A few hours before I was scheduled to sign the paperwork (as we had discussed and agreed to). Am now backtracking with my financing and insurance because I was left without a vehicle. Will never go here ever again. Buyer beware.

I did not select dealer never responded. the first response was excellent, I was passed to a consultant due to my specialist requirements. It went downhill from there, email communications in capital Letters ??? Shouting? misspelled and and not one of my questions answered.. Gave up.

Car was sold when I got there, but I had just called 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. I called to verify I could still come at that time and was told yes, when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for the salesman who was with another client. They let me look at the vehicle in case the other person's financing didn't go through. I felt the vehilce wasn't in very good condition. Scratches inside and out. It was priced high for it's condition, although it had lower miles.
