We have a great reputation. Unfortunately we over promised and under-delivered. A lot of times this can happen in instances when the showroom is busy and our appraiser is tied up with an in-showroom shopper who will most of the time take precedence. We are sorry your experience was not what you expected.

Both history reports show the routine maintenance was performed at the regular intervals with no major repairs performed, therefore, there really was nothing else to disclose, yet you kept pushing the salesman to breach the previous owner's privacy, and to discount the car after we told you we had no room to discount. We disclose nearly everything a person wants to know and needs on our website to help them make an informed decision. All that is left is test driving and finalizing paperwork. The vehicle you came to look at was on a lift in the shop. It was priced at 6995 because it had a few issues and was waiting on a part which turns out is on national backorder and we do not know when, or if it will be ready for resale. OOSHA does not permit non-employees to be in the work area due to the potential hazards and liabilities. We had a much nicer vehicle, just like the one you came to see, but

I understand your position completely. However, you had informed us that you were preapproved and that your lender needed a deal sheet, so we sent you one to forward to them. We have not heard back from you. I can only guess that since you did not contact us further regarding the purchase that you changed your mind. In our sales department we have 15 sales people and 6 managers, our service department has 4 service writers and a manager. Our parts department has 2 counter sales and a Manager. At Lenoir City Ford we price our vehicles aggressively since we must attract customers to our dealership from a very competitive major metro area. We use software and market analysis that lets us know how our pricing compares within large radius of the dealership. We regret that you felt our POWERBUY Maxima was not a good deal.
