Communication was great until all of the paperwork was signed and then nothing. I have officially "owned" and Infiniti QX60 since 1/5/26 and still have no idea when, or at this point, if, I will ever actually receive it. Someone did finally contact me to tell me that my car could not br transported without insurance and once I provided verification that it had been added to our policy, again radio silence. So now I am actually paying insurance as well on a vehicle that is not only not in my possession but who knows where and I do not have anything to drive. Since I paid a fairly large down payment I cannot even afford to buy something cheap to drive until my vehicle is, fingers crossed, delivered. Sadly I cannot even comment on the condition of the vehicle despite being the "proud owner" for two weeks. At this rate I will probably have to start making car payments before I actually have a car. Apparently customer service is only important until the sale is made.

Laila got back to me super fast and let me know the car was still available. She set up an appointment right away, and when I showed up, the car was already pulled up and ready to view. Kris was really friendly and made everything easy. I was a bit indecisive, but they were super patient and chill about it. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a smooth car-buying experience!

Several sales assoc. contacted me. They were very friendly, but not a knowledgeable about the vehicle as I would have liked. If someone askes a question, you should be honest. Don't make up an answer you think the client will like. Just say you don't know the answer. Always better.

I made an appointment for the following day. I called an hour before my appointment as I live 60 miles away. When I got there, I was told the vehicle had just been sold. No call to let me know it was gone. No apology.

Kept pushing for more down. Charged 2% higher rate than preapproval. Then said, hey you're getting a warranty! Only to find out...we PAID for the warranty. The sales guy was friendly.

I would like to give 0 star to this dealer becuase it definitely has no trust and business reputation. I set up the appointment on 4/6 to test driving a Ford Escape, the sales still called me to double confirm my appointment in that morning. However, after I drove 2 hrs from SF to Sacramento, another sales told me the car is not here and still in body shop. The manager( a korean guy) at that moment promised he could drop off the car to my home and I would be the first customer to check out the car once it was being fixed. However, i called couple times afterward to check whether the car is ready, the manager kept saying the car is still in maintenance and not ready yet untill the last call on 4/27, the sales told me that the car was sold and not available anymore. I feel myself like an idiot and being tricked by this unscrupulous merchants.

Theydecieved me.i applied with a cosigner so I could build my credit. They gave the loan entirely to her and I wasn't even listed in the contract, and drove me to napa for all her signatures. So in a round about way I got the pickup but Lisa isn't happy and neither am I.

Taylor answered all my questions via email and was very helpful. Truck looked to be in better condition in the pictures than what it's actually in. Had some cosmetic issues when I saw it. Just not what I was looking for.

Nick was very helpful and helped us to get qualified into a vehicle. we went to the Toyota dealer and it was full of empty promises. Shop with lending Group Auto they are professionals. the reviews the write about them aren't true because when my battery didn't work the next day they where at my house with 45 mins of me calling changing my battery and they even filled my gas tank before i left. There manager Baha is a straight shooter and didn't lie to us. They are awesome. They cared for us we are going back today to buy my mother in law a car.

Customer service was descent but the quality and care they took in their inventory was not reassuring. The obvious lack of repairs prior to a scheduled visit was shocking but it was the purposeful avoidance to acknowledge issues being pointed out was enough for me to walk away from this dealer.

Zero stars. I feel like I've been ripped off with an As-Is sale on a vehicle they should have been aware of needing fluid change or flushing. They gave me a car fax report showing record of recent servicing but dirty fluids don't demonstrate recent service. 2 weeks later I'm stuck on the side of the road and find out the next day the substance found where there should be transmission fluid appears to be motor oil. The oil check also presented dirty oil. They told me to reach out to them if any problems with the vehicle, however, when I did they were indignant, a little rude, then suggested bringing it to a shop in Sacramento (I'm about 60 miles away). How when I can't drive the car?! I just lost my previous car in an accident and only got into this cause I'm a single mother with kids to get to and from school and 2 jobs to work. Now, it seems I'm stuck with major repair for transmission in addition to a car note and no transportation. I BEYOND regret going to this dealer!

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would… they never contacted us after we did applications, I had to contact them a few times. They never ran our credit when they got the applications. We ended up telling them to delete the application and we would go else where. Horrible customer service!!!!!

As sometimes and application may take some time due to the bank not responding instantly which is out of our hands. Was it submitted on a weekend? Bank Holiday perhaps? This dealership tried to sell me a lemon. The trucks paint is in terrible condition. The AC didn’t work. The radio didn’t work. One heating element on the passenger side seat worked. But the driver side didn’t. The passenger seat didn’t even move forward and backwards. The truck smelt like The when you leave your towels in the washing machine for too long and then dry them. The process of buying was terrible. I had cash but I was going to pay for the truck. But they ran my credit anyways without asking my permission. The loan officer in the dealership used vulgar language starting with an F several times as I overheard him while I was on the phone with the sales man. He also referred to me as a di#khead. Because I expected a working vehicle. I had the truck for less than 24 hours and it died 3 times. I took it back to them they tried to tell me it was something I did. tell their mechanic told them otherwise. When I wanted my money back they charge me over $800 as a restocking fee

Dealership was not transparent. They maintained contact with me, but when I arrived after driving 6hours, the vehicle was not prep. Driver door panel was removed and showed signs of minor damage on bumper. Dealership could have disclosed this to me before driving a 6 hour wasted trip.

My experience with this dealership was very awful. Systematic racist dealership, and highly un-professional behavior were observed. As a black American I walking into the dealership with enough money to buy one of his car cash but the boss didn't want to sale to me instead he started insulting and kick me out of his dealership saying I am in the wrong dealership. It was very sad to see these type of behavior in the 21st century.

Took a little effort to get a deal put together, but it always does. New or used dealers, always some back and forth. All in all, still happy with the truck. I plan to use this dealership to sell my vette under consignment.

I Research the exact Vehicle I wanted , used (Car Gurus) for locations and Deals and Found (Lending Auto Group). Went over to the Location the next day and I was helped by BEN , who happen to be the Manager. I told him of the Camry I was looking for and wanted to know if it had a specific Engine design , he threw me the keys and said go at it. It was the exact Design and everything I was looking for. I had Financing through my Bank and Ben said why dont we try some of my Credit Unions , Ben got me a better Rate by multiple points. During the whole experience BEN was never pushy, told me my options and never tried to sell me anything extra. He allowed me to test drive it and asked if i wanted to take it to a independent Mechanic to have it checked out. Never had such a good experience buying a car , will definitely do business with them again. Ben also gave me Internet pricing. Note : The Battery did not hold a charge after day 1 , purchased new one and BEN refunded the Purchase.

I contacted the dealer on-line, and within 05 min, I received a phone call from them.We talked about the vehicle for about 10 min. I told Ben that I had a pre-approved check from my credit union, and was very interested. We haggled a bit and agreed on a "out the door" price, which included the Calif sales tax, and was equal to the asking price. Then I told him the only problem I had was getting to Sacramento. (I live 30 miles east of Reno, Nv.) He said "no problem".They provided an Enterprise rental car for me, and I drove to Sacramento, liked the truck, bought it, and drove it home. There was absolutely no hassles, and they even returned the rental car for me. A good experience, and I would consider doing business with them again.

The car I got from here the stereo didn’t work. So I told him if he fixed it I would buy the car. They said the part has been ordered. 2 weeks later still no call from these guys. And on that note. Befor you buy a used car get the vin number on the car your looking at and have your insurance company check it for accidents. I don’t recommend lending group at all
