Got to the dealer early. Test drive was ready and withing a couple hours, downpayment
was made and we replaced a damaged Corvette with one that drove like new. The
facility was immaculate...looked like a new car dealer, not a used car sales shack.

Arrived to look at the car and it was not working and the mechanic on staff
was out sick. No one mentioned this before we drove 40 minutes to look at
a car that they knew had issues. Car has since sold so it is what it is.

I was disappointed other response to my inquiry on this vehicle - I sent request through CarGurus, but did not get a reply. I then called and was told one of the sales agents would contact me. They did not, so after over a week, I called again. I was finally contacted, and was told that the vehicle had been sold. This was more than 2 weeks after it was put on the website. They did not have another vehicle that met what I had asked for, but said they would look around. They indicated that their sales staff was really busy and that their inventory was moving fast. I would have appreciated at least a quicker contact.

Horrible car lot they lied just to get the sale they didn’t fix anything that they said they were going to and I’m stuck with a car with a check engine light on that makes awful noises and I’m embarrassed to have financed

I didn’t buy this car. The dealership reached out several times. I did buy another car from them. They were the farthest away from home. If Sarah hadn’t kept reaching out I would have gone somewhere else. They were all friendly, helpful, not pushy and made a fair deal.

Horrible. The sales department talks a great talk. But, the work done on the auto for the sale to be complete was horrible. Tailpipe and underneath all rusty. Deal was to replace/fix. The service department drilled three holes with three screws to place a cover over the rusted tailpipe. If that was not enough, the thing fell off and now the reminder of being screwed over is there for us to see. The vehicle was not cleaned with the excuse of many owners want to detail themself so we did not do that. What a rip off dealership.

Still waiting for a deal.Have talked with the dealer for almost 2 weeks and all of a sudden they don't want to sell the truck ! I had the financing approved, and it still took days
for the dealer to get the paperwork done then they decited it was too much work to sell to a California buyer.

We apologize but California is the one state that we cannot deliver vehicles too. This has nothing to do with the buyers and everything to do with the State itself. Again, if we could of made it happen, we would, but California has insane red tape.

I was told the vehicle was inspected. 2 days after purchase the front hub assembly needed replacing, at $480.00 no follow up calls from the dealer to see if we were satisfied with the vehicle. A drive train warranty was purchased for $3,300 but wouldn't cover the hub assembly replacement. This is the last vehicle I'll purchase here. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The detail job was insufficient, under the vehicle was a rust later. I think you get the point, very unhappy EX-CUSTOMER

I really wanted this vehicle but the cost of having the vehicle trucked to the port was too much and the vehicle has a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of.

Yesterday, I went shopping for a car, after 2 months of searching online, comparing, price checking, and being sorely disappointed with other lots I'd visited, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I have to say I went to the right place when I visited Rod's. My salesman was easily the most down to earth, non-pushy, respectful salesman I have met. He made the experience about me, what I wanted, and gave me a deal that I felt really good about. It was by far the smoothest, most comfortable car sale transaction I have ever had! The salesman Patrick Gross was kind and helpful and did a great job of not wasting our time. The vehicle was ready to see when we got there. The vehicle we went there to see however did not work for us. Not cleaned well enough (found mold on the rear seatbelts, ewww!), smelled unpleasant and we simply didn't like the way it drove in comparison to our current Liberty. 4 stars given only because the vehicle could have been cleaned better before being shown, but we are guessing that it hadn't been on the lot long and some things were simply overlooked.

We do apologize if being asked if you want to leave a deposit to secure the car was in some way offensive. The point was not to offend but to allow you to secure a car and take it off the market. Sometimes we feel like we're stuck offending someone no matter what we do. We have had folks upset someone else bought a car they were on their way in to buy, ect. We simply want to provide options, no pressure, just options.
They treat me with respect! I have a great experience buying my car and will recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

But other than those and perhaps the rare occasion we sell a car as a fixer upper or mechanics special, our cars are carefully checked and reconditioned. Of course we encourage all customers to test drive any car before you consider buying it. We think that is excellent advice.

I felt they were very professional. The car I went to see was exactly as advertised. Didn't try to sell me a car I was looking for. I ended up buying the specific one that I was there to see. Paperwork part was very fast, I didn't need financing so that probably helped. Also gave me fair money on my trade. I felt it was a good experience, and I will go there again.

Dealer wouldn't act like I was serious until i gave him my credit card number, which I didn't. Then when I told them my limits financially he calls me back stating that it was $300 over my limit and I said "Sorry" and then he got upset that I couldnt spend more and made fun of me because I couldnt afford more. Very rude and uncompasionate.

This sounds awful, if you were made fun of because our price was $300 over your limit, we were way out of line. We should have simply thanked you for your offer, and wished you well on your search. We are unable to figure out who you talked to based on your review, and would love to be able to retrain that person if you can be more specific. In any event, from the upper management here, we sincerely apologize.
