Legacy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Dealership refused to tell me the total price of the vehicle despite multiple attempts asking. Cargurus wants me to update my review, I'm not sure what more you want from me. I asked several times for the dealership to give me a total price on the vehicle with all fees and addons and the dealership flat out refused to do so. People should know this information if they are considering buying from this dealership.

I gave this 2 stars because I enjoyed the conversation with the finance department and Mason the young salesman! However, the first week I had the car when it started to rain I realized the windshield wiper on the drivers side, the rubber was off the blade and had to be replaced immediately! The second issue was the radio stopped responding Showing an issue with the infotainment system. Obviously the vehicle was used but when I called for assistance to let Donovan know what was going on, he reminded me that he was clearly a salesman and not a mechanic. He called the local dealership but told me I was responsible for the repairs and diagnostic report. I haven’t even made a payment on this vehicle and I’m already making payments on repairs! So I’m obviously not a satisfied customer
