They were great to deal with and a pleasure to work with. Communication was not the quickest but they were friendly and accommodating.
They worked well with my trade and had me out within hours with financing.
My only gripe was the dealership lowered the price by 550 online but it had occurred after I purchased. Sadly, they were not able to help me with that.
It was overall a great experience and I would consider purchasing from them again.

My after-sales experience with this seller was very disappointing. I went to the dealership because I received an email stating that the car included a one-month or 1,000-mile warranty. However, upon arrival, the salesperson denied this offer and refused to honor it.
Even so, I purchased the vehicle. The next day, the car had a failure in the 12-volt battery. Despite the problem occurring just one day after the sale, the dealership refused to replace it, and I had to pay for it myself.
I was also given only a one-month temporary registration. When it expired and the permanent registration was still not ready, they refused to renew the temporary certificate, preventing me from legally driving the car.
The post-sale support was far below expectations. I will not do business with this dealership again.

I initially contacted this dealership via CarGurus after they reduced the price on a car on CarGurus that I was tracking. The manager immediately responded but listed the higher previously listed price. I sent them a screenshot of their CarGurus price and the manager kept emailing back indicating that they are “checking” over two days and would not confirm that her dealership would honor the CarGurus price they listed. She then emailed me two days later asking if anyone from the dealership had contacted me and I responded that no one had done so. The car was then listed as sold on CarGurus. She indicated she would get back to me to verify if the car had sold. I never heard from her again until another team member emailed several days later indicating that the car was in fact sold and asking if I was interested in any other car they had. Total communications failure.
.He offered a walk around video and never sent one...they asked for a photo of my ID so I sent one...they asked for a photo of the check from my bank..so I sent one..I was set to go up and purchase the car on Wednesday but Tuesday night they called and said I needed to send them a deposit to hold the car overnight until I got there..about 100 mi. up the road..no explanation if that was a fee or if it would be put towards the purchase..its an old slimy used car dealership tactic to soak a customer..they said someone was on the lot to buy the car right then at 7:30 at knight,,the car is still listed for sale today..they are not trustworthy or honest...before all this ..I received a txt from the salesman stating he spoke with his manager and the car was mine..avoid these guys...they will try to soak you for every penny they can and will lie along the way...worse experience I have ever had with a dealership.

Good experience with a car that the salesman was not that knowledgeable about. We worked together through finding answers. They listened to me and we came together on a beneficial deal for both of us.
My experience has been the best. I’m a 100% disabled veteran who they have been very accommodating with their services during the sales process. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership for their professionalism and service. Before coming to this dealership, I had a bad experience with a dealership in NJ which caused me to get a attorney. I explained my situation to the sales person at Country Buick GMC of Leesburg and they took really great care of me with excellent customer support. They are definitely veteran friendly and I commend them for their GREAT SERVICE.

My experience was great. I was greeted with great courtesy. I was shown the vehicle I was there to see.

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had!
I’ve never had such a good dealership experience in my life. I expressed my interest in a used BMW over CarGurus. Niko called me a few minutes later and answered my questions. I put down a deposit and made arrangements to come pick it up a couple days later (I live in a different state and it would require some travel).
They were very up-front about the total costs including taxes. They said they decided to put on new tires at no expense to me. I arrived a few days later and paid the balance.
Everything about this transaction was pure quality. They were honest, nice, and professional throughout the entire process. The car is cleaned and has a full tank of gas.
If all dealerships acted like this, then the industry would have a sterling reputation.
And I picked up our dream BMW! Thank you very much to Niko and the team at Country!

If you told me shopping for a vehicle in this class would've been this easy, I'd be dreaming. The Country Buick staff at Leesburg, VA, especially my sales associate Allan Stukel were top notch. No hassle no headaches, no complaints! For over six months I shopped for Dodge Ram 2500, late 2020 models. But when a 2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon rolled into Country Buick, I pounced. Funny fact. Their staff never tried to deter me from my 2018 used model selection and force a new 2020 or 2021 model onto me. That meant a lot to me. Such very kind staff made for a comfortable shopping environment and would do it all over again. I highly recommend Allan and the entire Country Buick experience to any auto shopper.

I was looking online for a long bed F3 50 I came across this one which was pretty well priced so I was willing to travel from California to check out the vehicle and hopefully leave with it I sent all my paperwork ahead of me to get financing in order When I arrived at the airport I was picked up by a really nice guy whose name I can’t recall when I got to the dealership I was expecting to be there at maximum hours since I was driving all the way back from Virginia to California I ended up staying about three hours since they were pretty busy I would’ve liked to have gotten out of there sooner and have the vehicle 100% ready to go But overall a very good and down to earth staff especially the young lady in finance department they would get Any future business if they were in the same state as me but I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Leesburg Virginia area

Arniko is the guy you want if you’re looking to purchase a new car! He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and never tried pushing me towards anything. I was given a fair trade in value on my car without them even seeing it. Also the car I wanted was all ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there from my 2 hour trip. All other staff I dealt with was also friendly and personable. There was nothing “uptight” about this place. I would highly recommend Country Buick GMC of Leesburg.
Salesman Jon was very helpful, and courteous... requested a buyer's sheet for my CU and Sales Manager
discounted the already discounted price by an extra $670. The car was ultra clean and the dealership was
very accommodating. Though my son found a car locally in MD, I would definitely recommend this dealership
and sales personnel if you're looking for a nice used car. Very professional and it was a great no pressure
experience.

Salesperson informed me an appt for this car was a no show and I made an appt to meet with him Sat @ 9am. Unfortunately another buyer came in and purchased the car before I could get there. The salesperson was kind and informative about the process, and also offered to search for the specific vehicle I am looking for. Great experience with this dealer!

Very professional but I wasn't ready to buy a vehicle with those miles listed. Eventhough the miles are good for the years of the vehicle.
Excellent customer service. Although, I did not purchase the car, I am planning to get my resources together to do so in the near future.

Visited the dealer on Dec. 24th. The sales agent was helpful, however there was not a full disclosure on the Mini Cooper I tested drive. Once I wrapped up the tested drive I walked to the passenger side and asked her to open the hood. That’s when I notice the car was damaged. Had a big den crushed on the top side as well as the hood. Most likely a $2,000 plus repair or probably more. The dealer said that’s why the price as at $13k then she came back and said the manager didn’t know that the Mini Cooper was crashed. Hmmm. So which of the two excuses is true. I practically ran out. So after an 80+ mile round trip and $25.00 in gas and an entire morning lost....need I say more. I kept my cool because I was in the holiday spirit MY ADVICE : Be very careful when buying from this dealer.

Butch is a great guy. Guess it is a very typical thing at a car
dealership. They tell you one thing but when you get down to it,
they don't mean what they say. They knew in the beginning
where I needed to be with a car, and even said we will get you
there. But when the true neogations started, it was just a waste
of everyone's time. That is why you you never get emotional
about a car as there are deals everywhere if you are patient.
