We drove all the way to Kirkland from Yakima to see the truck that I had talked to salesman about the afternoon before. We arrived and waited to see him as he was on a call. We went out side to walk around. He came out later and told us that someone had put a deposit on it later in the day that I had called. WE did not get a call to inform us before we went. He said it wasn't a done deal yet. The person was to come in to finalize the deal. He then said we could wait,it may not go through. So we walked around the Toyota lot next door to kill a lot of time. We found a Toyota that we liked and were in the process of buying it when your sales man called to say that the Nissan had sold, but in the process the truck was in a fender bender. We are happy with the truck we did get, but not get with you.

The car is here on the page, but it has never been in the store to do the test drive, I contacted the seller and he told me that the car would be in the store in the next fia and he said he would let me know, but he never contacted me to let me know, so I went to the store last Saturday and the seller told me that the car will arrive on Wednesday and that he will let me know (I doubt it very much because at no time did he contact me).
I'm interested in buying the car, but it seems that Lee Jhonson doesn't have the car to sell.

Wrong on several levels, 1st car had 31 miles on it when I put a $1,000.00 dn to hold it until I could get a day off to pick it up. When the deal was done car had 138 miles on it & I hadn't even driven it yet. Overcharged me $189. on the license tabs. Which they refunded me after a week but still put the amount on the loan. Charged me for GAP insurance $895.00 and another $399.00 + tax for some security thing. Added that to my loan, when I contacted the manager they sent me a form to fill out which I did a month ago and they said they would send the money to the finance company, which still to this day hasn't happened, & I'm paying interest on that amount as well that should have never been put on the loan. Car was not detailed, said it was due to bad lighting in the detail shop. Never went over anything on the vehicle, never filled out the inspection papers, or first service record. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Lucky I gave them 1 star

I purchased the vehicle, very pleased with the dealer.
I called to check if the car I was looking for was still available (opportunity 1) we then drove 1.5 hours to look at the car. Stopped in at the office and asked about the car (opportunity 2) got some vague directions to wonder around as it’s out there on the left somewhere. Find the car which has a shattered screen on the stereo. This is info that should be in the bio.

Recently purchased a vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Irland and Aziz. Irland (our salesmen) was informative, helpful, and laid back. He fulfilled our wishes, and didn’t try to sell us on anything other than what we wanted. Aziz (finance) was very detail oriented, thoroughly explained what we were signing, and also worked hard getting us a fantastic warranty at a great price. From the initial point of contact to closing the deal we are absolutely pleased with the customer service we received. We will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future!

Terrible! Although the price was listed on the internet, the salesman told me
that they had received 6 interested calls from out of State so they were
going to raise the price. This is unethical and "bait switching"

Had overall good experience with salesman and then came the pressure sales from the extended warranty guy. He was extremely pushy and even after being told no and that we were in a hurry he went on for an additional 45 minutes until I was mad and his face was red. He was very rude and took a 4-5 star rating to a 2

I called on this vehicle (extremely interested) and I wasn't called back. I
called the dealership directly to inquire and was no recieved well and any
questions I asked were answered with attitude (bad attitude) and straight
out calculations errors (I work in finance so I know). Anyhow, I bought a car
that weekend from another dealership. I heard Lee Johnson had horrible
customer service but now I know why.

Jesse a few days later. He took
me for test drives, with both new
and used vehicles.
I talked again with Toni and floor
manager Brian at the Chevy
dealership. We went over pricing,
very pleasant experience.
Both of them contacted me later
to see if there was any way they
could help me.
I ultimately decided on a Subaru
because of the engineering but
the sales people at Lee Johnson
were very courteous and helpful.

willing to work around our hectic
schedule and good enough to
listen to our needs/expectations
for our new purchase without
pushing any kind of up-sale. Their
pricing was upfront with no real
surprises. Our only frustration
was with some minor
miscommunications between our
sales-person and the financing
department which resulted in us
waiting for over an hour before
having to leave to take care of
kids and then return a different
day to complete the transaction.
But ultimately, everything worked
out and we are happy with our
purchase!

It was a good experience. All of them were very friendly and
offered us free hot dogs as it took longer than expected and we
missed lunch. They also gave us a good trade-in value and two
new tires on our new pre-owned car. However, the sales person
wasn't truthful about the gas mileage, which we found out on the
way home. Overall it was a good experience and we are very
happy with the new SUV.
