it was a good experience.. you might want to add a "smoke free" option...
they went the extra mile and let me know the previous owner was a smoker of left handed cigarettes..

They listed the car for sale, even though they supposedly already had a buyer and would not sell it to me.
They also tried to get me to pay them $500, to get on a waiting list, in case their supposed buyer did not show up. I though that was very sketchy.
I expressed interest in a Lexus and never heard back from them.
I’ve never seen a sales department so disinterested in selling their product.
I think I’ll stick to working with people face to face after this experience.

Manager was rude said he wouldn't negotiate the price when I didn't even ask about the price when I told him if I even asked he said no but just letting you know. When we did get to talk about out the door numbers he refused to do a print out showing the numbers such as price fees tax etc and expected me know all of that and gave me a sticky note...

Great people. But didn't buy the car coZ I saw same features with a better color. Was just a color thing. But they gave me even a lower APR than one I had before. They r great.

The first contact was very good with email information. I then responded with a few questions, intent of driving a couple a hundred miles to review the vehicle and work out a deal on the sale. I never heard from them again after numerous emails requesting some follow-up. I would rate them an A on initial information and an F on everything after that poing.

Unlike the previous place I looked at a
car (one star) this place truly was the
opposite (five star!)... friendly, honest
service and they gave me a great deal on
an '09 Outback! Truly have no
complaints. They even went above and
beyond to give my car a true full detail
before I picked it up... no pressure,
friendly service, highly recommend it!

This dealer/staff has had the most interest in my search. The vehicle I would like to find is STILL listed on the internet even though it was sold two weeks ago, but it has had so many hits the dealer is using it to guide people to look at the rest of their inventory. I understand this, kind of a misrepresentation, but yet they are really helpful in finding leads of vehicles in their own inventory or are looking for specific vehicles with criteria for their people to bid on at future auto auctions. E-mails have been good and so have the personal phone calls. I would buy a vehicle from them if they come up with the right one for me in time.
