Would not reccommend this dealership. Had car listed for sale but went to drive it
several light were on dash that needed attention. We agreed on a price if all issue
were resolved. Called a week latter said it needed $7300 in work and decided to
cancel deal. My question is how could you advertise a car that is not ready for sale and
then try to negotiate an additional expense to fix it.

Don’t believe the price listed. What they don’t tell you until you ask for a written break down of the price sheet, is they charge 1,397.00 to the price for an extended 7 year appearance protection package and 3 year tire protection. It comes standard on all new cars. But they won’t tell you until you ask for the break down. There is a reason the listed prices are the best around. It’s click bait to get you to contact them.

Listing NOT Accurate. Auto was NOT available at price advertised. Real Price with non-optional options was $15,848 ($14550+1,298).
[Add'l $1298 for options that were NOT optional. These were a "Clear Coat" type Protection ($899), then "Nitrogen filled tires" ($399.00). ($899+$399= $1298). We were told we could not opt out (i.e. already done, thus already baked into Real Price.) At least "Nitrogen Tires" had a sheet on car window, with $399 price (but we could not see that until we actually saw car.) This did not include Tax, title, Maintenance plan, etc.]. If options had really been optional, we would not have been upset, but we drove almost an hour to go there. Car was clean and ready for test drive. We will NOT deal with that dealership again.

I had a great experience with Carbone Honda. I went just to see a car, and do a test drive. Turns out I walked out of the building with the car I went to see. The employees were really helpful, good customer service, and they worked around with me so I could get the car I always wanted. Thanks!

to my inquiry and while I have not decided as of this writing to move forward with a new car/truck
purchase I would rate the return quote and acknowledgements by Carbone Honda as excellent.

Busy place but time spent with salesperson was good. Definitely knew a lot about the vehicle and was able to get a comparable test drive SUV similar to the one we ended up purchasing on the showroom floor.

Honda has only gained my distrust for them.

Contacted them about a car I was interested in, went out to the dealership that same day. Test drove the car and bought it. My sales rep was absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely recommend the Carbone dealerships for anything looking to buy a new or used car. Customer service was great, they get the car ready for you before you show up nice and clean. Overall one of my best experiences with the dealership so far.

Evan was the "best" sales man. He did an excellent job of locating vehicles and the
pricing was less than any other dealer. Seriously, 400$ off the pricing at other
dealers on a new 2018 Civic. Ask for Evan he is willing to work for you.

I went to look at 2 models with a scheduled appointment. I was made to wait immediately and eventually
scoured the lot to realize that one had already been sold and the other wasn't even on the lot. The salesman
did not make any apologies and seemed completely baffled when he was called out on the poor customer
service.
We were told that the car we wanted to test drive was available, but when we got there, we were informed that it already sold! After driving an hour and a half, it was more than a little disappointing. Then a different vehicle was suggested, which cost over 2k more. It was a decent car, but older than we initially wanted. Took it for a test drive, came back, and the first gentleman was very understanding, wanting us to take our time and sleep on it. The other gentleman was quite pushy. After talking down the price from 11,800 to 11,200, we decided to buy it, only to find out when signing the papers that the msrp was 10,700! Then, without consulting us first, the total price included a special coating for over $700. We may have gotten it anyway, but they should have asked us before including it in the final price. One man there was very professional and we enjoyed working with him; one didn't seem to understand what was happening on the management end, and the other was pushy.

old fashioned haggling approach and then they tried to add a $500 option to the deal. Do not recommend this dealership and I'm surprised Honda does not correct their business practices.

Have received multiple emails saying they hoped all of my questions had been answered. I never received answers and let them know but now emails have apparently stopped.

Richard has taken delivery of his new 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The salesman at Carbone Honda was very helpful and we appreciate it very much. It was worth the long wait for the truck, it is beautiful and love it.

The salesman was very responsive, and addressed every question or concern I had. If an answer was not known, they got back to me. The team also worked around my schedule, as I was driving in from out of town. I had a great buying experience, and will consider Carbone Honda in the future.

Your ad stated the price for the VW Beetle was negotiable and I had strong leverage; however Carbone Honda did not give me a chance to negotiate the price in order for the VW Beetle to move off of their car lot. They felt like they were going to lose too much money in this particular transaction.
