The car wasn’t available. They knew that and kept the ad up to generate business. Waste of time. It’s now a week later and the car is still listed online even though it’s not available.

I was contacted almost immediately by Bridget about the truck i was interested in. It was a very smooth process
via phone/texting/ and email regarding financing, vehicle car fax, previous dealership records, and plenty more
pictures of it since i live over 3hrs away from them and wanted to make sure that it wasn't a wasted trip. The only
hold up was transfering insurance from a previous vehicle and waiting for temporary cards to be emailed to us
which wasn't the dealerships fault ((it was Progressive's). Very friendly, helpful, and apologetic staff. Thank you
again Bridget and Aaron for everything, i wouldn't hesitate for a second to go back again for my next truck.

I found a car with much less mileage and was closer to my home, thus I went there and purchased it 12/23. Lead car was very helpful and
were quick to contact me and did a follow up. They did their best, however, I did not want to travel 70 plus miles to buy a car. If I lived closer,
I would have bought that car instead.

Dealer never had the car we were trying to buy. They told us it was there and got us to drive over an hour to see it, and once we got there they tried to convince us to look at another car. Very poor customer service.

I stressed to contact me ASAP. I sent requests through Car Guru & Dealer website. I wanted this car. Got a generic email & then informed 2 days later car sold. I will NEVER buy anything or refer anyone to Carbone. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me.

Vehicle I inquired about was sold.
Inquired about another in stock vehicle and was told by sales staff that a manager would contact me soon. Got zero response, I reached back out the next day and was told that a manager would be contacting me ASAP. Three days later still no contact.
I then reached out to another dealer.

I was very very disappointed . The reason why because I had a deposit on a 2002 GMC truck and it was sold to someone else without me being inform of it. What dealership sells a vehicle from underneath of a possible buyer. I will not buy anything from that dealership ever.

clear communication, answered the questions I had
Everyone at Carbone has been great, although when visiting the Cadillac site the salesman who dealt with us seemed like he just woke up.
There are highly energetic and over-the-top salesmen who just don't seem to want to shut up... then there's this guy who just doesn't seem to
want to talk. It was like just got out of bed and decided to go to work instead. Honestly, we might have exchanged like, 200 words total. And no
other salesperson on the floor seemed interested. Perhaps because we weren't in the market for a $50,000 car? Maybe I should have worn a
tie? I'm a Buick/GMC guy, not a Cadillac guy, but let's face it... they're all just overpriced Chevys.

I ended up buying the 2014 Ford F-150 I was interested in ! The entire group at Carbone Buick GMC Cadillac were great. Carbone Salesman Tom Maher and, Business Manager Tim Clark are definitely two of the best in the business !! Thank You CarGurus for making my truck search as easy as 1 2 3 !!

This Dealer would have received a full five stars if they had been able to find the keys to the vehicle i was schedualed to drive. They knew i was coming and what vehicle i was interested in, but after driving 2 hours to get there (I live in Greenwich NY) they were unable to find the correct keys.
Other then that, they were great. They always responded quickly to e-mails and were helpful in every other way
Very disappointed in this dealership. Was very interested in a 2014 Toyota Tundra, I had $20000 cash to put down and it was listed for $25999 online. I had been emailing Bridgett since earlier in the week and set up to look at truck on Saturday. So, the drive is 5 hours round trip and I get there and I see the truck is in the shop on the lift. I go talk to Bridgett she doesn't know what is going on, she talks to Josh the sales manager and he said on Friday at 6pm they decided to put a lift kit, new tires and rims on the truck. Since, Bridgett leaves at 5pm she didn't know, well someone knew this mod was going on cause the lift kit can't be ordered and delivered in 1 hr. And then he said if I wanted the truck the price would be $5000 more than the online price and he was only willing to negotiate $200 to $300. Bunch of BS. He acted like he didn't care, total lack of communication and very unprofessional!!!

Set up appt to see car. Called a few hrs before I left to make sure vehicle was still available as I live 60 miles away. Salesgirl I spoke with went to check keys and told me she’d call me right back. She never got back to me!!!! Checked out a different dealer and bought car there. Very unprofessional and rude. I was glad I didn’t make the hour long trip

Quick response. Actually I was quite surprised to get a call from Oregon State about the inquiry. Scheduled a test drive, dealership is 2+ hour drive. Everything went smooth. Bought the truck for the OTD price I wanted. Chris in sales was more than helpful. Finance man, Dan, was exceptional. Great overall experience. Love the truck. Driving 2 hours to get there was well worth it.
