Good dealer the customer service is amazing, and they don’t have hidden fee like other dealers. They don’t put pressure on you to buy with them and let you test drive the car alone. TK was perfect explaining everything about the car and very honest people.

If you're looking for a police unit as far as a charger like I was then this is an excellent place to shop and purchase one they kind of specialize in these from what I was told they tried to get the pursuit vehicles that were used by the administrators and not actually the state troopers either way the vehicles are very well maintained I've had not one problem out of mind excellent purchase for me

Got an excellent car below market value and the process could not have been smoother. T.K. even consulted on other issues (e.g., shipping cross country, spare key replacement, etc.). I appreciated the communication, follow up, and all the info, e.g., condition report, CarFax report, etc. â all of which checked out against the Nissan inspection report. Would absolutely buy a used car from T.K. again.

Called the night before to confirm 1st thing appointment. 11 a.m. when their door opened. Got there at 11:15 a.m. Was told that the salesperson I was working with would not be in until 1 o'clock and the car was no longer available. I had a second choice with this same dealer and asked about it. It was available. Said I wanted to take it to my mechanic for a ($67.00) inspection. Found out this, so called, Firestone inspected car had bad hubs and a few other issues totaling about $2000.00 in repairs. I did not want to ask for a discount, I just took the car back and returned the keys. As I was leaving the sales person asked if he could see the report, so I showed it to him. I also told him I could hear the trouble as soon as I hit 45 miles an hour. Then he said to me, "Yeah, that car hasn't been inspected yet." So I guess it has now, by my mechanic and at my time and expense. Buyer beware.

Drove about an hour to take a look at the vehicle. The sales rep (younger kid) was excellent. Very receptive and informative. After a solid test drive spoke with the manager about the vehicle. Wonderful guy. Lazy Chimp has a total glass door policy that really made me feel comfortable with the process. I did not move forward with the car but the experience has stuck with me. Great service. This is a trustworthy business.

Lazy Chimp stood behind their claim in having a good car buying experience. While they did their best to disclose everything about a car I was going to buy it did not measure up to my expectations. TK took another step in offering me a similar car with more "bells and whistle" to make sure my car buying experience was good. Can't complain on the great upgrade I received and professional manner I was treated in. Likely will recommend them to friends and will look to buy future cars with them. Granger IN
