Top notch dealer
Excellent service in sales and business service. This dealer proved that it doesn’t take all day to come to a satisfactory mutual agreement to purchase a vehicle. The business manager knows all the ins and outs with financing and we were completely satisfied with our vehicle and their service. The 400 miles we drove to reach this deal was completely worth it.

Very prompt response, totally helpful, and accepted a downpayment over the phone to mark the car as sold and stop inquiries. Mr. Larson was absolutely kind,
responsive, called, texted pictures, admitted he'd just bought it and will give me more information once he has it on his lot, and if it's a lemon or for some other
reason we don't like it, he'll refund my deposit. I'm so happy that we found this car with this dealer. He worked with us and met us where we needed him. I think
he's transparent and honest, and will be fair with the price.
I spoke with Glen, he was very helpful on the phone and seemed willing to do what he could do get the sale done. He sent me pictures and even a video of the vehicle running that I was interested in. Unfortunately I'm over 2000 miles and think I should just wait a little more before I really dive in. But overall, I felt really comfortable dealing with him.
The initial contact was quick. We were informed the vehicle was in transit to the dealer. And what they were asking for it.
I sent two additional emails, with more questions and I didn’t receive a reply. So I resent the emails, stating I wasn’t sure if they received them and I never heard back. My husband called a few days ago. They said they would call him back and we are still waiting.

This was my first time shopping for and buying a car on-line. I asked how it all worked and
Rich patiently walked me through the steps one by one. I had qualified for a loan already and
Rich asked if he could try and get me a better loan. This he was successful in doing, saving
me money. He was very fair and real about my trade in after I sent pictures. Rich kept in
touch throughout and offered to deliver car out of state to me for a very reasonable fee. The
delivery was delayed after a final double check of the car turned up a problem with the heater
which was promptly taken care of. Delivery was made and all paperwork was handled
professionally and without additional pressure for add-ons. I was very pleased with my
purchase and would highly recommend Law Motors to all. Thank you Rich and Tyler!
Buick Park Avenues were last made in the year 2005, and it is harder to find nice ones with
each passing year. Car Gurus allowed me to expand my search for one beyond my home
state of Michigan. Law Motors in Sioux Falls, South Dakota advertised a low mileage 2004
Park Avenue in showroom condition. The burgundy exterior and tan leather interior were just
what I had been looking for. Rich Larson was conscientious and responsive in handling the
transaction. I was on vacation at the time. Rich smoothly handled the wire transfer of the
money as well as the other paperwork. He even arranged for the transportation of the vehicle
to my home town. The car was exactly as advertised. My mechanic looked over the car, and
it checked out great. The entire process was a pleasant one. I strongly recommend this
business.

I like the car but I was told it had brand spanking new tires it had one new the othet3 were used . The scratches has been painted over with almost the right color. It is a well used car so I will fix it a little at a time.i am 73 Year’s old and feel taken advantage of. Be sure you look carefully at vehicle yourself to see flaws before you buy any car

In response to Mary's review of being taken advantage of I feel this time I have to defend the integrity of our dealership. Here are the undisputed facts. #1 We did the negotiation over the phone the customer lives 8 hrs away. #2 the original deal was agreed she would trade her vehicle and pay $1000 difference. #3 To make this deal as convenient as possible I agreed to deliver the Van to a location within 2hrs of where the customer was located met her on the 4th of July in a shopping Mall full tank of gas after my 5hr trip. #4 Upon Mary's inspection of the Van the above referenced concerns wer

My wife and I bought a beautiful 2012 Jeep Wrangler from there.Tyler and his father were very friendly, humble, and knowledgeable.There was no pressure involved. Just an honest family selling cars. Awesome is the only word I can think of.
Law Motors absolutely gouged me on trade-in value of vehicle (2011 MINI Cooper) I traded in even tho I had TI appraisal & all svc records from MINI dealer I showed them but they only allowed me $600 less than that appraisal. The "immaculate" car advertised was not immaculate as it had scratch across rear bumper and a chunk of paint chipped out. They would not reduce the agreed-on selling price after I pointed this out tho. They knew they "had me" b/c I drove over 5 hours to get the car. Definitely took advantage of me b/c of distance I drove. Will not be back and I do not recommend LAW Motors. On the up-side, I did appreciate their staying after regular hours for me which is the what the extra star represents. IMHO, Tyler is an arrogant, patronizing, worldly 26-year-old business expert and general know-it-all.
