The best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesperson, Matt Mullinax, was a gem, friendly, honest, and I felt he truly had my back in getting me a good deal on a wonderful car. He made a follow up phone call a few days later to check how everything was going and made it clear that he's always available for any questions. With Matt, the customer service doesn't stop once he makes the sale. I highly recommend him. His sales manager Erik was also very helpful and communicative and Raul in finance made the signing process quick and painless without using high pressure tactics to try to sell me 'extras' that I've found other dealerships often do. The process was seamless, fairly quick, and I would definitely do business with Larson Hyundai again. Thanks, Matt, and everyone at Larson who made what can be a stressful experience great!

Unfortunately it had electrical issues and was pulled before purchase. I really liked the car
but do appreciate not getting sold a lemon.

The sales manager and finance guy were everything I could have asked for! Walked away with the car of my dreams and a price I was extremely comfortable with! Best purchasing process EVER in all my years of buying a car!!! At 70 I have purchased a few cars!!

Great service
Very flexible and friendly and accommodating I have yet to work out financing details such as term of loan and monthly payments so we're going to get together and make it happen I want this car it's got the manual transmission I wanted and air conditioning and is a good-looking Coupe still talk to the salesman a little bit about the condition of the engine and transmission I assume it's all great all my life and I own truck repair shop so anyway dealership you can't ask for more and I have been an auto and truck mechanic all my life that's 60 plus years so I know what I'm looking at thanks guys

Unfortunately I did not purchase the 2011 Ford Escape from Larson. I did have a discussion with the Sales Manager and was very happy with the professional treatment I received.

We kept waiting for them to make us a great deal like they promised
but they kept giving us MSRP pricing. Very frustrating for a busy that
claims they never lose a customer to price.

We were called within minutes by Andrew Carlino, the internet sales guy. We met him the next day and he was a pleasure to work with. We decided the Tribeca was too small for our needs, and he was fine with that.
