I've called about a car that I was interested..I made an appointment to see the car. When I got there, they told me it's not available and try to sell me different car... total waste of time.... Don't go there to purchase!!! It's a scam!!! They advertise a bait car for you to come in..

Just could not to get together for me to travel the distance from my house to the dealership. I wanted a estimate for my vehicle before wasting each others time to put additional miles on my classic Corvette with only 36,000 original miles. I was willing to provide an average retail price for my vehicle from J.D. Power, photos, and my VIN number to get an estimate from them. I believe my vehicle was above average too. They decided not to do that with me. So, at my age I decided and passed from continuing with any deal.

I'm a out of state buyer who after qualifying for the loan on the car was told that since I'm from out of state and wouldn't be giving them the business thru their service department the car was now 3000.00 more than the advertised price. So apparently they only value customers from Washington state. All of this after 2 plus weeks of going thru all the slow steps of getting the approval with no mention of the soon to be inflated price. Bait and switch on pricing. Deal with this dealership at your own risk.

Love this car! The HUD did not work the whole way driving home. So I was going to take it to the Cadillac dealer on the 24th. When I got up to go there the HUD was working again. So I put my sunglasses on to for a ride and the HUD stopped working again. It was the sunglasses that blanked out the HUD. Who knew. Thanks to everyone.

Had an appointment to purchase a vehicle (it was in hold for me) just to have them sell it 20 minutes before my arrival. If you want to be lied too, this is the dealership to go too.

I bought this car. When I looked at it I didn’t like the tires and the rims were scratched up.They changed the tires and rims to the appropriate ones for this car.Did have to play phone tag with them a few times.I have bought a few cadillacs and it didn’t feel like the true Cadillac buying experience. When my husband picked it up it didn’t have a full tank of gas. Maybe I’m old school. They were very nice and we did get what we wanted we already knew this was the car.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. This dealership was incredibly unorganized, unprofessional and wasted my valuable time. I won't waste my time telling you all the things they did wrong rather I will just start and end with after being asked to send a text message to set up a test drive (which I did 1.5 hours prior to showing up at the lot). I walked in to the dealership where all of the sales team was in one office. The car I requested wasn't pulled up and ready to go for the test drive and then after taking my I and insurance the car I was their wouldn't start. Wasted an hour of my time!

I will never do business with Larson again. The salesman set an appointment with us to look at the car today at 12:30, but we were sent a message at 11 am that they sold the car 1st thing this morning. Rob guaranteed us he would hold the car til we got there. So, that means either the salesmen are liars and untrustworthy or this was a bait and switch deal. Either way, that means they are a disreputable dealership. I expected better from Larson Motors. I suggest all of you others buyers steer clear, or be very careful in any dealings you have with them. Incidentally, the salesman called me to tell me about this car....after initially telling me it was unsafe. Don't trust them.

even though the vehicle they had was not what I was looking for, the sales lady was very kind and provided me with valuable information that will surely be of help in my search. She took her time and wasn't in a big hurry like a lot of car people are once they know you will not be buying. hopefully they will locate the vehicle that is right for me in the future. Loved this place, they listened and the first car I drove is what I bought. It was everything I told them I needed and they put just the right car out for me. Shane Wissner knew this car like the back of his hand, he spent time going over everything and made sure I could operate the features and drive confidently. He helped me do all my personal settings. The finance guy was magic maker he got the numbers just what I wanted. Tammy got it all started by listening to my needs and concerns. 5 stars all the way!!!!

If you go to the dealership ask for a guy named Vinny. He is very honest and he does not put high pressure on you to buy a car period I would have bought a car from him by now if they had what I wanted. You can't go wrong by asking for Vinny

I had a great experience from working with Tamie Nuxoll in internet sales, to Mike the GM, Terry Richardson and also the finance team. I live 3 hours away and they stayed late to accommodate my schedule and time of arrival to sign the paperwork and also the vehicle was delivered as promised. Its not always a comfortable thing to purchase a vehicle site unseen but from 1st contact the level of trust was there and they went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Class act dealership and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

Took a deposit on car to hold it and sold it to someone else after. The only way I found out was a refund on my credit card. Said they would try to find something else but have yet to deliver.

I have been looking for a late model Cadillac and Larson Cadillac had the car I wanted. I made an appointment (85 miles away) to see the car and when I got there I was informed it was on a convey truck somewhere. When they looked at my trade in I was informed it needed front brakes (I had replaced them less than a week ago). Upon picking up the vehicle I was informed it had no owners manual or second key FOB. The salesman went to the mgr and was told it was too skinny of a deal and the saleman would have to pay for the manual and no key fob. The only reason I gave them ONE star is the salesman seemed to be a hard working soul whose main problem was the dealership where he worked. Over $30,000 for a used car and they can't afford to give me an owners manual or a key fob. Guess what dealership I will never use again?

Friendly staff, I spent way to long like al day working with this dealer trying to get the vehicle I wanted. In the end we could not reach a deal. I believe had they been willing to deal a little better it might have worked as it was I nthe end I had to walk away.

As I requested that they respond via email; this after we had talked with them on the phone and test drove the car, they wouldn't respond to our email request. Our email request was due to the fact that neither myself or my wife could return to their office with our son; as we worked until we were closer to an agreement. We stated that we would be willing to come to their facility, if they responded with a counter offer. They wouldn't respond to our offer via email. Very disappointed in their follow through.

I did receive email communication from the dealership (Renee) although when I personally called the dealership on two different occasions I ended up being on hold for the internet sales department for LONG periods of time with NO internet sales staff ever answering the line or ever being prompted to leave a message. Eventually I would simply hang up. After the second call which concluded with the same result; I decided that I would no longer have any business communication with Larson Cadillac.
