Asked for out the door price sheet to review all applicable costs to make an intelligent buying decision and was told one would definitely not be provided. Salesman stated it is a company policy and not interested in that other dealers will provide this price sheet. Interested vehicle was sold yet other salespersons continue calling regarding my interest in purchasing this vehicle. Without a buyers request, it is fruitless to deal with this company.

Too many hidden fees. Car listed at $27,890.00 after agreeing for the out of the door price, finance added
addtional fees and selling price was 34k and told me they missed certain fees. waste of time.

I spoke with several people at the dealership over the phone about fees before traveling 2 hours to the dealership. I was told price listed on the internet was the price plus dealer fee, document fees and taxes. When I got there I found out there was a “safety inspection” fee and a LoJack system fee (which I didn’t ask for, nor want). When I asked to have those items removed because I was not informed about them before I arrived, I was told they will not remove them. I travelled 2 hours to this dealership to buy a car and was treated to the bait and switch. Do not buy a car from this dealership.

They listed at $21,490 +1,299.00 Recondition fee + $689 electronic filing fee. They
failed to mention a lot of fees totaling $9,000 plus the preinstalled $2k low jack
system and they force at Maintenace fee of $1500.00 and when you tell them you
don't want the maintenance, they tell you they will remove it but have to add it to the
final price.so the car was adding up to $30K without the finance. They play with the
numbers when you complain about the fees, they just rearrange them to act like if
they were removing them but at the end the numbers don't add up, its fundamental
math Be ware if you do go I gave a 1 star because they won't let me put 0 stars
because it's a nest of thieves!!!!

GLB 250 listed at $31,490 +1,199 predelivery fee + $434 electronic filing fee. They failed to mention a lot of fees plus the preinstalled $2k low jack system. Because I’m a cash buyer the out the door price with all fees came to $43,518.
Drove all the way down to the Exit 1 Turnpike in the rush hour to see a car. Upon arriving, the car missed multiple features in the listing. For
example, the BSM was absent. Only for this, I did not waste my time visiting this dealer. The listing mentioned almost all available packages
for this car. Besides the Blind Spot Monitoring, no parking sensors, electric tilt, or side mirrors retractable from the inside. Before you plan to
drive over there, be sure the vehicle has the features they advertise.
Had to contact dealership several times. Once I was able to speak with them they stated the price is only if it’s financed thru them and on top of that the price listed is only for Florida residents. They do not disclose that in the profile of this vehicle which is very misleading and false advertising

Called be back stating they refer me to a sales person. Did not hear from anyone. So I called again and was told the same
thing. Very unreliable. Oh yes was also told I would receive details regarding the car via my phone number. and suprise

Bought a car from this dealer back in February. Have not received permit tags. Called the dealer for
weeks no one picks up the phone or returns Ur call when leaving a message. and now it's Ben 87 days
and still having same issues. I will not recommend this dealer to no one.

Dealer responded to my email and was sort of insistent on me giving them my phone number.
Never responded to my inquiry about vehicle availability.
Bad impression… I don’t want to do business with a company like this!

Terrible experience. The agent that set up the appointment with me did not show up at all - I had been kept waiting for over an hour. The car that had been agreed upon to be viewed was actually sold the evening before the appointment. Clearly, the agent did not want to own up to dropping the ball. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend. In the end, got a better deal elsewhere.
theyve attempted to be very helpful...i just decded to go a different way on the car...not an issue w them, but myself as my desire for the car
changed.

Inflated the advertised price in an attempt to appear to be discounting the car. $899, what they call "govt fee" wanted at least be honest about that and call it what it is extra profit for the dealer as if they didn't get enough. Does inflated price and his extra fees make the car unreachable for my knees very sad someone stole her car we can't replace it because the dealers keep adding fees that in the end add $2k to the price. Then it's " Not such a good deal"

TEN STARS!!!! My experience was GREAT, The used car manager was very helpful, they worked with me, communication was excellent,
they gave me a great price for my TRADE-IN, they delivered my car NO QUESTIONS ASKED ( and it was quite far from the dealership). I

The Dealer and their people are horrible at keeping me updated about my purchase. They were also terrible at letting me know
where in the process I was and what was needed next until the millisecond they realized they needed it. Seems disorganized,
my questions rarely get answered because I think there's a bit of a language barrier. It lowkey sucks when dealing with
something of value like a car. I wouldn't recommend.
The Largo Honda dealership was very courteous and helpful. I was interested in a V6
instead of the 4 cylinder being sold!

The dealer did not have the options I desire but is working on getting me the right car. Very
straight forward and customer oriented, which is unusual in my experience.

Very good contact for service though I could never get any information regarding the vehicles I was looking for (But that I got solved now) the dealer has emailed me several time to be at my disposition all the time which is very good for customer service, though I would have liked to be contacted exactly for the vehicles I was looking for and not for other vehicles, but it is ok!
