Romeo at the dealership is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me with my purchase. He offered several options on taking possession of the Challenger due to the distance. He has kept in touch and updated me with a price reduction.

Laredo Jeep sent a cheesy video but never responded back about the vehicle. If they actually cared about selling cars they would not waste time making videos but rather focus on the actual client who has a need. Bad dealership on customer service and my experience was less than zero.

It was alot easier than I expected considering Covid-19 and the precautions to be taken. Everything was done either by txt and email. Very convenient for me since I do work at the hospital and long hrs. My dealer was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. I appreciate his patience during the buying process because in the end I got what I was looking for. Im very happy with my purchase. Im a proud owner of Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Staff was polite but didn’t want to offer a price reduction at all in vehicle. They reduced the price 2 weeks after my inquiry. They could have dole the vehicle 2 weeks early if they had even tried. I bought a car somewhere else.

Do not trust anything these guys tell you, they are plain dishonest guys and do not buy cars online by trusting the condition and features mentioned on CarGurus. We bought a car online after seeing CarGurus listing, we were led to believe car had navigation and was in great condition overall. Found out later car had no navigation and 3 out 4 tires need to be replaced

Sales agent Ricky was very attentive and nice. I found the manager he was dealing with very unprofessional, didn't speak nor make eye contact. Whispering with other agents, as they turned around and looked at us. The financial manager made signing the contract simple, with his brief explanation of every page that needed a signature.
