Drove 3 hours to buy car based on mileage and price. Car smelled terrible and was very dirty inside. Only had one see of keys. Asked manager to inquire with previous owner about extra key. Never got a reply. Check engine came on very next day. Obviously they did not run a diagnostic before listing for sale. Very disappointing.

The sales assistant responded around 2pm the next day and we setup an appointment to see and test drive the car at 3:15 the same day. However, when we got there, they said the car had been sold 4 hours prior. I personally felt it was a way to get folks in the door. A total waste of our time because I was looking based on the budget we had. The only options they had was $3-4k more. We dud get a follow-up call from a manager there, but again same scenario...not in out price range. I don't know why they didn't catch that the car had been sold before they even called to make the viewing appointment.

I was extremely happy with Preston who was the one that sold me the car. I am absolutely loving this beautiful car!! It is my dream and Preston made sure I went home with it so I am very pleased and highly recommend Landmark!!

Greg Polkinghorne, Sales Manager reached out to us via email and texting. The communication was greatly appreciated especially with us being approximately 2 hours away. When we finally arrived not only did he assist us but Lamin Ceesay, Sales Consultant. The professionalism and courtesy we were shown was top of the line. Sean Goodwin, Business Manager, was exceptional! This team of professionals had my husband and I out within approximately two hours. Thank you LandmarkDCJR for respecting our time and the distance we had to drive back home. Definitely worth the trip!

Kelly Wilcox my salesperson was absolutely amazing I bought the truck from her. the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because i purchased the car sight unseen and when I got the truck it wasnt cleaned up and it didn't have one lick of gas in it I mean 15 miles to empty. if you pay thar kind of money for a vehicle i would think those things would be done!

After we worked a deal for 3 hours and I got my finance rate where I was comfortable I was outside with my salesman trying to make my final decision because I was doubling my interest rate and the length of my loan(because of negative equity and debt to income ratio), one of the other sales men come and demanded my salesman give him the keys because the truck was sold!!! Then he looked at me and said better luck next time. A sales manager come up to me and tried to apologize for what happenedand also told me I could still have the truck, I took a 5 minute breather, but at that point I was done and I walked out. I have to say that Chad, the finance director was very easy to work with and helped with the situation. I bought my last two trucks at Landmark and my girlfriend bought her last Durango there because of me, but I will never buy from them again.
