I inquired about the 2017 Acura MDX by email. I received a fast response and an invitation to come and drive. I did visit and Andrew, the sales manager, could not be more welcoming. He was masked, and his office and the lot were impeccable. He explained several features to me and was knowledgeable on every point. He let me drive the vehicle at my leisure and I took some time to stop and examine the infotainment system. I had questions about a different point when I came back, and he told me to drive it some more with new information. I did. He is a super nice man and it is an immaculate SUV.

Bought Ranger 01 truck just after test drive. Impressed with them -- also provide carfax report. I expect some flexibility on pricing though. They are also very quick in paperwork. Send me title within a week.

Although the Kia we originally were interested in was sold before we could visit, we found a similar car that we liked. They were very helpful and responsive to any concerns, providing documentation of repairs etc. Rena was very communicative and worked with our financial institution to make sure everything went smoothly.
